Newbie to this community and wondering about B12 deficiency
Hello, for the past 4 years I've had symptoms of CFS, plus low FT4 and on occasions, low
TSH
. I've also had my cortisol tested by saliva and short synacthen test, both showed low levels but the adrenals work when stimulated so it's not Addisons.

My levels have been all over the place at times,
TSH
of 60 being the highest. I've had blood tests every couple of months over the last year, all abnormal, GP upped by 25mcg and
TSH
has gone low and T4 carrying on rising, such fun 🙃

Help with bending the truth to obtain right prescription
I currently feel great but know that the
TSH
test she will do will show low
TSH
and she will take me back to 75. It says this in the notes.

Private test results - talking to GP
From the research I've done I think that my
TSH
should be lower than this as I have hypothyroid and am currently taking 75mg levothyroxine. Is that correct?

My serum
tsh
level was 4.9 outside ref range and the serum free t4 level was 14.2 within range. Still GP did not treat. My serum thyroid peroxidase level has never been retested.

Having an op and NHS freaking out about suppressed TSH
I am having a very minor op under general anaesthetic and NHS have revealed suppressed
TSH
(0.024). They are basically refusing to operate until I get a Dr to say this is ok in the presence of normal T3 (5.2) and T4 (14.8).

Blood test help required
I have an underactive thyroid and about 8 weeks ago my GP increased my thyroxine to 200mcg as my
TSH
was 6 (she didn’t test anything else). Since the shedding has continued and I feel really tired I had the private bloods as in the photo attached.

Ndt prescription?Prevent metabolic syndrome? Izabella wentz? diet?
Myendocrinologist for tpo30 trg9.4 and a 'finely inhomogeneous thyroid' a
tsh
at 1.36 and t4 1.02 prescribed me a small dose of dry thyroid. In theory, as Wentz says, I should benefit the thyroid by putting it at rest a little, if I'm not mistaken 🤔.

The ongoing battle to be well
not for me its not...
TSH
. 0.08 (03 -4.5) FT4. 21.8. (10.0- 22.0) FT3. 4.2. (3.1- 6.8) Think I am not a good converter and I am going to start takIng that T3 in 25mic doses for 6 weeks then increase bit by bit and the GP can go fly her kite ( which is about as useful as she has been)!!!

Menieres disease making me ill or suppresses tsh
Re my last post, all indications are that I have menieres disease; dizzy, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting etc, but my gp can't understand why I'm so exhausted too and has suggested it's because of my suppressed
tsh
.
