T4 low, TSH low side of normal. GP won’t test T3 or refer to endocrinologist.
I don’t know what to do- My recent T4 level was 11, and my
TSH
1.31. I’ve been experiencing hypothyroid symptoms for over 5 years.

Too much T4?
Recently in September I had started to feel unwell again (including a diagnosis of osteoarthritis, after some confusion) my
TSH
for what it was worth was over 5 and T4 just in range (T3 not done).

thyroid results need advice
TSH
0.61. Range 0.27-4.2Mu/L Free T3. Range 3.3 - 3.1-6.8 pmol/L Free thyroxine 20.5 range 12-22 pmol/L Looking if these levels are good or should I be on a combination of t3/t4 instead of thyroxine. Had underactive thyroid for nearly 70 years.

Hashimotos, just starting Levothyroxine
I tested positive for Thyroid peroxidase antibodies and my
TSH
was elevated at 4.7, so they retests and it came back 6.3 They've agreed to start me on Levothyroxine at 25mg and retest in 6 weeks.

Need advice about T3 levels
The free T4 and the
TSH
are fine by the look of them. Im just wondering if that T3 level is a bit low.

Are these results okay?
Ft4 was 8.1 (normal range 7-17)
TSH
2.67 ( normal range 0.20- 4.40). I am awaiting a telephone consultation with the GP but am worried that as the results have fallen in the 'normal' range I may be dismissed. I have read on another forum that optimal Ft4 levels are at the upper end of the range?

I've been taking them for a while and I noticed that I feel better with them than with Thybon, the tests came out good, including
tsh
is not suppressed....and no anxiety.

How to ask the GP for a referral letter
Any advice on how to ask my NHS GP for this as I've never had an NHS acknowledgement of my Hashi's (my
TSH
has never been anywhere near "high enough" so I had to go to a private GP for initial diagnosis and am now effectively self-treating via a pharmacy; my symptoms are way better on Thyroid treatment

signs of mild hypothyroidism?
In March 2023 my
TSH
was 0.98 (range 0.27-4.2), and my T4 was 15.5 (range 12-22) - this was done with a private GP so sadly no T3. These bloods were taken after 12pm and not fasted. So perhaps this could affect things in relation to my newer results below.

Thyroxine drop
My
TSH
is way below where it should be and my Thyroid level is still at the top of the normal range. I have no energy, I'm feeling cold and alos feeling a bit down...very unlike me because I'm a positive person normally. I know that mine is autoimmune, coupled with RA, Chron's and Alopeica.

subclinical - do I need levo?
They said my
tsh
is not high enough for levothyroxine and he doesn’t recommend another antibodies check because it would not change the management. He said my symptoms (weight gain, feeling cold, brain fog etc) are not thyroid related! So what to do now?

Pregnant, Low T4, normal TSH
Not sure if I need to investigate these thyroid results further or just accept I need to wait another 6 weeks to be tested again as they are only slightly under range and
TSH
is normal. Any thoughts appreciated! Thanks
