70th Birthday
My father has turned 70 today! He's been battling stage 4 prostate cancer with very advanced bone mets for the past 4 years. At his age with his condition he is so thankful to be alive. Reading these forums sometimes I do get confused what is considered advanced prostate cancer or perhaps people priorities

Recently found out that the hospital where I see an MPN specialist (Cleveland Clinic) currently has a clinical trial for ET patients using an oral drug called LSD1/ IMG-7289/Bomedemstat. Does anyone have any knowledge of this trial or this drug?

Extending Hormone Sensitivity After Zytiga Failure
I think I recently saw a post here about a study, maybe even a clinical trial result. showing one of the non-chemo meds significantly extended the hormone sensitive state after Zytiga fails but I’m unable to find it. Anyone remember seeing this? It may have been one of the meds ending in “ide”, or

France recommends single vaccine dose for people who have had COVID.
France on Friday recommended that people who have already recovered from Covid-19 receive a single vaccine dose, becoming the first country to issue such advice. All three Covid-19 vaccines approved for use in the European Union are administered in the form of two doses, delivered several weeks apart

Have I really reached the last hitching post. Its truly surreal.
At the risk of being mellow dramatic, I have recently been disqualified from a clinical trial bombesin) due to lack of expression on the Psma pet scan, prior to this brief attempt at a novel clinical trial I was on my 6th round of carboplatin and cabataxal, my M.o informed me of a couple more trials
