PSA down but mets increasing?
I've been on ADT + Xtandi for about a year (see my Bio for details) and my PSA has been slowly and steadily reducing over that time - now down to 0.05. However, my 3 CT scans (last August, December and last month) are showing a slight increase each time in the size of my lymph node mets and the bone

Emotional lability and LT ADT
At certain times of extra stress, like awaiting a PSA test result, I have gotten into wrist-slap trouble by making awkward humor and remarks to Clinic staff. They get PO'ed and tattle to my MO. It's really not like me and the latest incident prompted me to look into ADT and emotional SE's. Bingo!

Cabazitaxel, can you return for a second round.
I was only on this chemo, Cabazitaxel, for three infusions, then was approved for Pluvicto . PSA was creeping up slowly during that time, from 63-141. Has anyone gone back to it and had success with 8-10 infusions? I am now being treated with docetaxel(50%) and carboplatin, both at a reduced percentage

Fatigue BEFORE treatment (A bit of a rant)
I was diagnosed in May, and I realized last night that I am worn out. People say prostate cancer is the "good one". They have no idea. Things move so slowly. It seems from the time you get the high PSA score something is hanging over your head. A month for MRI, hoping for good results. No. Another

Any advice would be appreciated
Three years ago my dear friend was diagnosed with metastisized prostate cancer. Stage 8. Cancer had spread to bone but not to lymph nodes or organs. CHAMP Trial/Small Cell Chemo Update
If you don’t feel like reading my bio, I’ll give a synopsis: My dad is only 53 with advanced metastatic PC that spread to his liver earlier this year. His PSA had been undetectable so it really threw us for a loop. My dad finished 6 sessions of carbo & etoposide chemo about 3 weeks ago. He is still randomly

Need Help with Next Gen ADT
I haven't updated my bio for awhile but I am still hormone sensitive MPCA. My PSA last month was undetectable. I had a bilateral orchiectomy in February but was also on Erleada which I stayed on until recently. So what's changed is that I also have Stage I Multiple Myeloma. Erleada and Xandti are

So unsure what to do...
Hello all. I am a 53 year old gay man and I have had raised PSA since 2020. My urologist performed a DRE and felt nothing and decided that we should watch the number and see what happens. 1 year later, the urologist decided to send me for an MRI and it showed no signs of cancer. Feeling relieved, I

At last I've come to a decision.
Hi all, Well after heaps of research and asking questions and discussing everything with my RO and Urologist about treatment for my 4+4 PSA 8 PCa, I have decided to go the path of EBRT and HT. Starts as soon as I get back from my trip to the USA in late November with the insertion of the barrier gel

right knee replacement
It’s been a slow trip fighting arthritis on top of recurring PCA. Still on a Lupron vacation. Osteopenia cleared up after 21 months with only bicalutamide, T rose to 226, and PSA has stayed less than 0.1. I finally have a new knee! It‘s painful but every night is a bit better than the night before

How to take Calcium
I had a prostatectomy in 2014 for Gleason (4+3), salvage radiation in 2017, PSMA PET/CT January 2023 followed by Proton SBRT in April this year for mets on T10 and anal lymph node. I have been told to take daily 1000mg Calcium. Looking for guidance on the best type, other needed supplements to take
