Has anyone used a TENS machine to stimulate the Vagus nerve via the ear to reduce Afib?
I have Vagal Afib and recently started using a tens machine on my left ear twice daily for 15 minutes. Applied to the Concha in the ear and the ear lobe to complete the circuit. 20hZ at 200 microseconds, wetting the ear and contacts with some saliva to get a good connection. I discovered 2 months ago

anal pain spasms 10 years helllllllp
Hi everyone I hope someone out there can help me because it's now been 10 Years that I have suffered with this unbearable pain and nothing seems to help. The doctors have sent me for more operations and procedures that I can even explain. Everything from two different pudendal nerve blocks to radio ablation

Pain Management
Hi All, My husband's pain seems to be out of control. He says he hurts everywhere all the time, but mostly his whole right side, from his shoulder, arm, wrist all the way to his toes. He uses magnesium and heat, a tens machine as well as massage, CBD and acupuncture. But nothing really helps or lasts

Hello, I hope everyone is feeling as well as possible. Can I ask about links between Lyme Disease and RA? What is actually known? My daughter was talking about ticks the other day (we are both walkers) when I said I had had (in my late teens) a bullseye mark from a tick on my leg, she said āwell that

Compression boots w/heat
Hello, So far the only the only things I have found to help my severe RLS is 15 mgs of methodone w/400 mgs of magnesium (long term fix about 24 hrs), hot baths with epsom salt (short term fix, maybe 30 mins.) Being how I do NOT want to be on methodone for ever. I am looking for other solutions.

Shingles vaccine
Just seen the BBC news health website. Shingles vaccines being offered to over 65ās ( was 70) and, even better, to vulnerable immune suppressed people over 55 from September 2023.

Jaw and Shoulder Pain
Did anyone have jaw and/or shoulder pain that was eventually relieved once they found their sweetspot? I am 24 days on 100mcg T4 and 5mcg T3. I have the jaw and shoulder pain, plus still very tired. I think the brain fog is somewhat better. It is hard to sort out brain fog and fatigue at times. I can
