Are any of you diagnosed with Osteoporosis taking supplements, Calcium, D3, K, etc. even though blood tests show normal range? I have been advised it is not necessary to take supplements if blood tests normal. Too much Calcium may increase risk of other health issues. My PCP advises taking multivitamin

He initially put me on topamax, but I found that I was becoming a little bit psychotic. Maybe not psychotic, but feeling a total lack of interest in everything, and increased anxiety and insomnia. I have stopped taking the topamax, after 1 month of taking it.
