After some advice
I'm 57 yo post menopausal woman with hypermobility and POTS (POTS only diagnosed in 40's after much pushing with medical profession). I take HRT and meds for POTS. I'm suffering with a number of tendonitis issues and wonder if anyone has any advice about this? At the moment it's achilles tendonitis

Test results show no inflammation
I posted here 4 months ago and got my blood tested by the GP. There are no inflammatory markers in my blood, but I have a constant sore throat and dry eyes which are also beginning to suffer with high pressure. I am paying privately to have my eyes checked out by a specialist, but I just wanted to check

Advice on new bloods following T3 trial - Improvement in T3 š but v low TSH š
My latest blood tests are below. Iāve had these done as Iām due for annual GP bloods in a week and wanted to know more than simply my TSH. Iāve been trialling T3 (sourced privately) and this has made a big difference, my % through range is much improved. Iāve been feeling better - less exhausted, fewer

TSH result
I had a blood test yesterday as I havenāt felt great recently. Unfortunately as it was a cancellation I had taken my 100 thyroxine that morning. The test was done at 11.40. The nurse said it wouldnāt matter. The result today is 0.67.mu/L. I know they will say this is within the norm and wonāt do anything

Can levothyroxine cause hypothyroidism?
This happened about 25 years ago: I had hashimoto's and a large goiter, but tsh and thyroid hormones were normal. Before starting levo I had some symptoms: dry, fine hair, some cognitive issues... but I felt almost healthy and was active 17 hours a day). When levo was prescribed, I felt very cold and

As most men with PCa are oldER and may be on some form of testosterone-blocking treatment, like ADT, odds are they are also struggling with the muscle-wasting and weight issues that comes with both oldER age and loss of T. This article from LEF is a very comprehensive overview of both Cachexia and Sarcopenia

T3 only. No tests to compare to, only TSH. How much T3?
I have had a very rocky road trying to get better with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism. When on levothyroxine only, I had increased via GP from 25mg to 50mg and then I needed an increase to 75mg. A lot happened but now I am with my second endocrinologist (my choice) who has prescribed T3 only due to levothyroxine
