Can Levaquin antibiotic affect thyroid, and cause Graves disease?
A year later I was diagnosed with Graves disease and had a

. I have never returned to my excellent health I had before the Levaquin. Has anyone had experience with Levaquin causing many ever-lasting side effects like sore muscles, painful tendons, and worst a

Is there a T3 to T4 ratio
Hello, I'm post
thyroidectomy
for papillary thyroid cancer and on Levo only. I always get my FTF blood results in a letter, sadly without ranges, and want to make sense of them. I know that my T4 has to convert to T3, so is there an optimum ratio?

Horrible joint pain
Hi, I had a partial
thyroidectomy
a couple months ago and was initially on levothyroxine. Recently I was switched to NP Thyroid which has both T4 and T3. I feel like this is helping me feel like myself again all except the joint pain. Somedays it feels so bad I don't want to do anything.

Please help with results.
I had a total
thyroidectomy
in June 2016 after Thyroid storm...and still I am up and down!! I manage to get some T3 results but have to phone lab to insist they do them.....I think I may have a conversion problem, but has never been mentioned at dr! I take 75mcg Levo each day, at the moment.

Got a few questions 1) TSH/ Osteoporosis 2) does long-term T4 treatment affect your liver 3) are you unable to absorb B12 if thyroidless
3) Another brief statement I read was that if you don't have a thyroid, I've had a
thyroidectomy
, then you can't absorb vitamin B12. Anyone else read or understood this? Hope this was okay to ask three questions in one post. I didn't want to bombard the group with multiple questions from me.

Post Thyroidectomy
I had a total
thyroidectomy
5 weeks ago. I have been on levothyroxine since last October. Do you typically need to add T3 when your thyroid has been removed?

In fact I was having a PSA flare for 18 months that was brought on after having a
thyroidectomy
and stopping my stelara injection prior to the
thyroidectomy
and then restarting it 9 months later.

T3 Dosage
My friend had a complete
thyroidectomy
10 years ago. Since that time she has been on 200 mg of Levothyroxine. She continued to have debilitating symptoms such as weight gain and low energy levels so she researched the T3 route and decided that she wanted to try it.

I need help understanding my thyroid blood results
I had a partial
thyroidectomy
in 1977 and the remaining thyroid was removed in 2014. Soon after my weight increased significantly and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I had all the symptoms and was put on 12.5 cytomel along with my regular 100 Eutirox.

Bad depression after thyroidectomy 2 years later still crying every morning.
No one seems to talk about bad depression from Graves disease. I have cried more in the last 2 years that I have in my whole life. I started to add selenium to the T4 nature throid I take. It seems to be working until recently where I am crying again. I can handle my life pretty well but not at all

Thyroidectomy.
My problem is that I had an almost total
thyroidectomy
- a small part was left behind because they could not remove it without causing a lot of problems.
