A cure?
After watching the Beato tinnitus YT this came up in my suggestions. "How I cured my Tinnitus" https://youtu.be/y4zuVk5STuM?si=GbABrl7qIz7YEpNH He's an ENT doctor and comes over as very genuine and says his method might not work for everyone. It seems to me it was like a constant distraction

T3 question
I’m currently on T3 only because of bad reaction with levothyroxine. I’ve been on Liothyronine 10mcg twice a day since 11 November. I haven’t been back to the doctors for a thyroid function test since October as I’ve read frequently that on T3 only they go more on symptoms than levels. I no longer have

Need Help with Diagnosis
I'm new to investigating thyroid issues, so I need some help from experts please. My husband has been suffering increasing fatigue for several years now, and he's always much colder than anyone else in the room. I understand that both of these can be symptoms of thyroid issues. Thyroid problems also

t3 blood test at gp
hi my gp practice has been kindly filling my medichecks container for t3 test when I get my tsh/t4 nhs test done. However now they’ve decided it’s not possible to do private tests. Has anyone taken their gp on over this. It seems crazy that for the 10 seconds it takes to fill one more container I now

Recommendations for NDT without prescription
Hello everyone, In looking to buy NDT without prescription. I used to be on erfa before I moved back to UK and since I've been here, I have been on levo and it's not working well for me. I'd very much appreciate recommendations via PM. Thank you so much.

Help with adding levo to T3 only
Hi, I've been on T3 only for many years (62.5 mcg). I've switched from levo to T3 only in the time because I had an elevated rT3 and still hypo symptoms despite elevated dose. Every endo I've seen in the last years said I should go back levo because my T3 levels are through the roof. They don't seem

Anticoagulants - Warfarin v NOACs
Recently my EP suggested that maybe I would prefer to be taking NOACs rather than my current anticoagulant Warfarin as it would reduce blood tests. On his recommendation I had a consultation with my GP to discuss this option. I have had 2 occasions in the past 6 years where I have had a serious bleed

31 year old female Hi everyone I am due to have a diagnostic laparoscopy in 2.5 weeks. I am so nervous about the procedure and unsure whether to go ahead. My pain over the last few months has been manageable and my periods are ok. I don’t know whether I’m getting used to the pain. I have changed my

Profile Update
I was going to update my profile but after adding additional ailments several times and then having them disappear, I have decided to inform via this post. I was diagnosed with PMR early 2016 with 15 mgs prednisone. Since that year I've had right leg replacement and bleeding ulcer at the same time

Endo in bowel tips
I was just wondering if anybody could help in regards to having endometriosis in their bowel, as I've found it quite hard to find out about it when researching. My surgeon found it on the outside of my bowel, and I am seeing a colon specialist to see if it has entered my bowel. I was just wondering if

Had results but still confused 🤷🏻♀️
After having biopsy samples taken during an incomplete colonoscopy back on 20th Jan and then having the CT pneumocolon on 8th Feb I have finally had the results read out to me by the med sec….not sure if it’s left me with more questions rather than answers 🤷🏻♀️ The biopsy results show inflammation
