Other supplements that help me
I also supplement before bed with L-
Theanine
capsules. This has resulted in a deeper more satisfying sleep where I can actually return to sleep when I awaken at 2-3-4am. I have also noted I am less prone to anxiety, and when I'm anxious it feels less intense.

It has KSM-66® Ashwagandha 300mg L-
Theanine
50mg Lavender 225mg Chamomile 250mg Magnesium 50mg Glycine 995mg I started taking Ginko 30mg as well Even though it’s just a herbal drink I worry I shouldn’t bother. But it can’t understand the prickling, has anyone had this.

medication trials and headaches!
In addition to the medication we have really worked to improve his diet and sleep and he’s taking natural supplements: L
theanine
, magnesium, fish oil, lemon balm… If anyone has experience with these headaches and outbursts from meds let me know any advice you might have to help along the way.

I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-
Theanine
, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36, I had severe endometriosis followed by an emergency hysterectomy.

Success with Adderall dependence and changing medications?
(L-Phenylalanine or L-Tyrosine or L-Dopa ), L-Tryptophan or 5-HTP, L-
Theanine
I can say personally that DHT and EPT Omega-3 i.e. found in fish oil does help improve effects of ADHD meds in general.

I have him on omega-3, children's multivitamin and magnesium/l-
theanine
. I am in constant communication with his pediatrician about his medication. He is currently on 7.5mg of Ritalin (short acting) AM dose and one additional dose 4 hours later.

What has helped me lately
- Late morning supplements: ashwagandha (350 mg), l-
theanine
(200 mg), B2 (400 mg, for migraine prevention), probiotic. I swear that the combination of ashwagandha and l-
theanine
have been LIFE CHANGING for me in terms of cognition and mood.

Making rls manageable, a continuing story
Take 2g L taurine, 800mg marine magnesium and 400mg L
theanine
every night at bedtime. Take 800mg magnesium citrate when you wake in the night. This all helps scavenge the extra glutamate associated with rls and relieves hyperarousal. Is this all a bit of a faff?

New supplement
Hi, I’ve been reading a lot of good reviews about L-
Theanine
for anxiety. So far Magnesium and Vitamin D and Omega3 Supplements have been working well for me. But recently I feel like I need a little kick. I don’t take any meds just supplements. Has anyone tried it and if so do you recommend it?
