FDA has approved Relugolix (Orgovyx) for advanced PCa.
Among a subgroup of men followed for
testosterone
recovery (n = 184), the mean
testosterone
levels 90 days following discontinuation of treatment were 288.4 ng/dL versus 58.6 ng/dL, respectively. The incidence of adverse events (AEs) was similar across the study arms.

Body changes after EBRT and Lupron
When the hot flashes stopped as my
testosterone
came back, I was expecting my body hair to come back too. But that hasn't happened. I have very light hair on my legs and my pubic hair is very thin and doesn't grow much.

Ft4 now normal?
All pituitary hormones have come back normal but
testosterone
one point off low. I'm still going to be seen in February but wonder whether anything will happen with a good ft4 level, do people get treated with these levels?

PSA after restarting ADT
I restarted ADT with Eligard on August 31 2020 when my PSA was 0.453 and
Testosterone
147. Today my PSA is 0.266 and
Testosterone
< 20. When I started Lupron + Casodex in November 2018 my PSA was 4.48, which dropped to 0.17 in just three months. This time, why the rate of PSA drop is much slower?

MO Recommendations within Driving Range of Ohio
At my recent 3mth follow up, both my PSA and
testosterone
were undetectable. Just to be sure I am on the right track, my RO advised that I consult with an MO about any additional treatments.

Help!!!
Gynae thought it was initially polycystic ovaries as my
testosterone
levels were high and my cycle is very irregular. They never found any cysts though, but then the paid with periods started roughly 4 years ago.

Update on Husband
The Hematologist is learning towards Secondary Polycythemia and thinking it's being caused by the
testosterone
or sleep apnea. Hubby has discontinued
testosterone
treatment for now, but plan is to add in eventually and monitor his blood counts.

BAT, dutasteride, and my search for truth, Part 1 of 2
George71 in reply to kaptank neither Avodart or finasteride are blocking the cells from getting
testosterone
-- nor are they blocking you from making
testosterone
-- they only keep you from converting
testosterone
to DHT. Kaptank: I don't know the answer and cannot find it in the literature.

HCG for Testosterone Recovery after ADT
Happy Thanksgiving Fine Gentlemen! Question... I had my last scheduled Eligard shot in early September. Originally was to be on it for 2 years as part of a clinical trial. As I’ve stated in another post, I had RP in June ‘19. 4+3 Gleason in about 2/3 of the cores in one side only. PSA 15.4 at diagnosis

Decreasing testosterone level
After chemo and radiation treatment for Gleason score of 9, 7 years ago for PC, my
testosterone
has since always been around 90-100, but recently it has dropped to 53. Any thoughts on how I can safely raise my
testosterone
level, or why it has dropped. Thanks for your help. Chuck

The club you never wanted to join: Stage 4 Gleason 9+ at 46
I started a High-
Testosterone
clinical trail that helped with some PC but not others, PSA took off. I started Xtandi but that only lasted 2 months before PSA rise. After the Xtandi failed it was back to chemo, this time docetaxel.

Low Testosterone - Help with going private
I have finally been diagnosed with Low
Testosterone
after being around the low end of normal for years. Whilst I want the problem sorted I want to make sure that the doctor is open and willing to prescribe TRT if it is necessary.

Does Hormone Therapy for mPC Affect Immunity?
Researching and thinking on my own, I have to think that a reduction in
testosterone
would probably NOT affect immunity.
