Where to purchase micronised DHEA
The consultant said that they’d be including
testosterone
gel in this cycle which she says basically does the same thing as DHEA. However, from what I’ve read I’m not convinced that is the case. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge to add please? Thank you

Pregnenolone - things to look out for
I’ve just started using pregnenolone to address low
testosterone
and progesterone issues. Having just had one of my “moments” (sudden anxiety, shakes, cold, tiredness, racing heart), it’s spurred me into posting what I had forgotten to weeks ago! Is there anything I should look out for?

Countering the side effects of low testosterone/ADT
My husband was on firmagon for 18 months and we're taking a break. He's been off of it for over 8 months. He still feels awful some days... and I know from from all your feedback that it's part of the deal. Everyone recommends excercise, and he does that.... both strength training and cardio, but many

Might be PCOS?
My results came back normal except I had a slightly higher than normal level of
testosterone
- I then had an ultrasound (as the doctor wasn’t sure why my period wasn’t coming back), and they found it was mostly normal apart from these tiny cysts on my ovaries.

Asthma combined with other conditions?
Thyroid/cholesterol and HBa1c all fine but GFR 57 (usually 66 to late 70's), Creatine high, Hormones LH and FSH sky high, other tests hormonal indicated
testosterone
high. Links both Menopause and PCOS. Most worrying was both Haemoglobin readings were low (takes oxygen through the blood).

new-radiation-therapy
Those with metastatic cancer — meaning the cancer has spread from the initial tumor site to other parts of the body — may need even more intense therapy, including removal of the testicles,
testosterone
-blocking therapy and chemotherapy.

PSA Increase
My
testosterone
is always <5 and this time is no different. My psa however for the first time in 2.5 years went from .02 to .17. I go in on the 17th for my shot but I am a little worried, should I be?

Night Sweats
I’ve been researching night sweats and prostate cancer but most of the stuff I am finding blames the low
testosterone
but this was never severe for me nor did they last beyond the first couple of months of ADT.

My saliva estradiol is 0.6, progesterone 90, ratio: Pg/E2 15,
Testosterone

FDA has approved Relugolix (Orgovyx) for advanced PCa.
Among a subgroup of men followed for
testosterone
recovery (n = 184), the mean
testosterone
levels 90 days following discontinuation of treatment were 288.4 ng/dL versus 58.6 ng/dL, respectively. The incidence of adverse events (AEs) was similar across the study arms.

Body changes after EBRT and Lupron
When the hot flashes stopped as my
testosterone
came back, I was expecting my body hair to come back too. But that hasn't happened. I have very light hair on my legs and my pubic hair is very thin and doesn't grow much.

Ft4 now normal?
All pituitary hormones have come back normal but
testosterone
one point off low. I'm still going to be seen in February but wonder whether anything will happen with a good ft4 level, do people get treated with these levels?

PSA after restarting ADT
I restarted ADT with Eligard on August 31 2020 when my PSA was 0.453 and
Testosterone
147. Today my PSA is 0.266 and
Testosterone
< 20. When I started Lupron + Casodex in November 2018 my PSA was 4.48, which dropped to 0.17 in just three months. This time, why the rate of PSA drop is much slower?
