A little about me
I have the normal bilateral hip, shoulder, knee
tendonitis
, as well as bursitis in both hips. (teach me to hit a tree skiing again). How the doctors discovered my MS, well that's a journey in itself. I first started with leg dropping issues.

Ankle issue
Hey gang, I've got an odd problem and I am trying to sort out if it is BD related or not. My BD is currently under control. I don't have any noticeable symptoms as far as i am aware of. My biggest issue with this condition was ulcers (which I haven't had in 2 years) and erythema nodosum in the ankles

I/c blues update...
Can now walk easily after three weeks! Physio thinks it is something out of alignment in pelvis that made one leg longer than the other! I have done back exercises for two weeks now and ankle pain stopped at weekend - pain is now just a niggle in my other hip. But - my ankle still swells up every

Pain in Left Foot
So I decided to visit my GP who thought it was
tendonitis
and had me on co codomal. The pain did go away but that was after 2 weeks of complete rest.

Knee and ankle concern
I am being treated by a podiatrist for ankle pain he sent me to physical therapy said I had tendonititis and shortly after I started to have severe pain in my knee. The Dr. doesn't believe it's related to my ankle. Put the pain below my knee is severe, and burning pain that runs down my leg to my

Thoughts can help RA
Each of us is an individual and each affected differently by this disease, the way we think about it can also make a difference, sometimes without us even being aware of what we are doing. If we refer to ourselves or think of ourselves in a negative manner this becomes a habit and a habit thats hard

Podiatry or orthotic
Also have scarring of posterior tendon through
tendonitis
, but looks like the tendon is still pretty intact. There has been a great improvement in the last couple of months (Hurrah) Have been under orthopedics at hospital and they have been wonderful and so thorough.

I honestly thought that I would die two weeks ago and now I'm just living with the pain of Lupus which is much better
I have my regular pain from lupus at more of a severe level than normal because I have
tendonitis
with it .I do not know how long does
tendonitis
last but it is very painful having them both together in my toes and my feet are curled up my hands.

Not the best start
Then with the first step when I started jogging for my first run of W3 it felt like I'd been whacked in the ankles with something; I (foolishly) managed to get past it and run normally, but I seem to have managed to give myself achilles

The dangers of self diagnosis!
Hi all. I've had my physio appointment this morning and it looks like I don't have plantar fascilitis - phew! He thinks my feet are just suffering from "overload" - I suspect this is a polite way of saying I'm fat and unfit! I probably just need arch supports in all my shoes, not just when running

Possible tendonitis niggle - to run or not to run?
Over the past couple of days I've noticed a little niggle at the back of my right ankle which I fear may be
tendonitis
. I had it last year in my left ankle, so I know how it feels - and I know what impact it can have.

Is it time to re-start.....?
So I have not been running for about 10 days now, having rested the ankle which having discussed with my medical colleagues think is a bit of
tendonitis
, so have been stretching and resting doing all the things I was told too.😴 Visited the local running store and have bought an ankle support to wear

uptake scan because they suspect it's Graves Disease due to family history and TRAB level of 3.9 Please excuse the long post - in the 6 moths or so before I had these symptoms I was back and forth to the doctors with pains in my hands, feet and elbows, I was checked out for carpel tunnel syndrome,

Exercise with AF
Just been diagnosed with AF, I have the additional complication that I am LMNA positive, which means I am at risk of developing Dilated cardiomyopathy. Very breathless at the moment so find exercise difficult. Desperate to loose some weight and tone leg muscles, any tips on the best sort of exercise
