Buying T3 privately
Can I have some help with sourcing T3 privately. I am UK. Endo has me on 10 mcg of T3, morning dose, for the last 9 weeks. I feel that this should be upped, but I do not see him now for another 2 months. I would like to be able to adjust my T3 in increments as my hypo symptoms are back. They were

GP wants to lower my Thyroxine dose due to low TSH
Hi everyone I hope you are all doing well. It’s been a while since I have had to post anything but yesterday I had a call from my GP as my TSH is showing as “low” at 0.19 I tried to explain that this is “normal” for me, although it is slightly lower than my last test. I had this issue about 3 years

Adding more T3? or keep as is?
Hello All, I am looking to see any suggestions regarding adding more T3 to my current regimen. I am on 175 Tirosint T4 and 10mcg T3; I have Hashimoto’s and have been working on my iron by adding iron bisglycinate, which has helped as I am not dizzy, lightheaded, and have more focus. I also noticed

Wow the NHS has been a joke for me.
So hi anyways I’m 22 guy diagnosed with hypothyroidism that’s been very up and down. Onto the point, so I was going back through my nhs records for blood results so on two separate occasions in 2015 and 2017 so when I was 14 and 16. I had a TSH of 9.3 and 11.2 and low T4 levels but wasn’t treated at

Help with blood test results and symptoms please
Hi, I have hashimotos, and had a hemithyroidectomy just before Xmas. Before the operation I had been described as sub-clinical hypothyroid, with a TSH of around 2. Since the operation I been suffering from pins and needles and a feeling of slight breathlessness, which mostly comes on in the evening

What do I do next? Is this T3 results low?
Hi all, just had my latest results from Medichecks, TSH is low, T3 and T4 normal. Tests were done 9am following the usual recommended protocol. The comments with the results suggests I'm perhaps over medicated and could be at risk of osteoporosis due to the low TSH. Is that right? They suggest perhaps

New blood test results
Hi all, Please see my first results 6 weeks after introducing T3. I'm on 125mcg of levo and 10mcg of lio. I am very confused because I was certain that my current symptoms were due to being undermedicated! And how can my T4 be top of range again despite me reducing my levo and introducing T3. TSH 0.007

Effects of diet changes
I've had hypothyroidism due to Hashimoto's for 31 years. I've been told my thyroid is basically dead due to this and I'm completely reliant on taking thyroid hormone. Six months ago I started a Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle and have seen benefits to my health. Lately I've not been sleeping as

Mayo Clinic studies B12 def, are very interesting!!
Check these studies out! I printed a few copies for my medical practice Abstract Although cobalamin (vitamin B12) deficiency was described over a century ago, it is still difficult to establish the correct diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment. Symptoms related to vitamin B12 deficiency may

t3 only treatment need advice
When i got hypo i figured out fast that t4 only only worsend everything. My doc added 10 t3 it was better but not optimal. She put me on 4 Grain NDT and i did well for 2 years. Then got one symptom and we played with NDT dosages lower, higher, brands and a combo with NDT plus 10 T3... I transitioned

The dangers of under treatment
This downloadable review is focussed on the implications of under treatment by T4. A lot of it is useful, but there are some problems - i.e. little said about FT3.

Hello lovely people. I’ve been reading posts for a few weeks now, having discovered this amazing site. I was diagnosed a month ago and have been taking Levothyroxine 50mcg for 3 weeks. I’ve put all my blood results on my bio and am thinking I probably should have put them on a post? Anyway, basically

Advice please - Where do you learn to self inject?
I'm hypothyroid, self sourcing T3 since the NHS took it off me, and now it seems my B12 'is a bit low.' That was the receptionists considered opinion anyway. My doctor has asked NO questions about symptoms, there are a few that could be thyroid or B12. I assumed thyroid as they have been messing my
