I have a 3-month trial. I take them together at the moment, at around 5-6 am. Is this

T3 question
Iām currently on T3 only because of bad reaction with levothyroxine. Iāve been on Liothyronine 10mcg twice a day since 11 November. I havenāt been back to the doctors for a thyroid function test since October as Iāve read frequently that on T3 only they go more on symptoms than levels. I no longer have

Thoughts on test results
This is my first post. Iāve been avidly reading back through past information and found it very empowering - Iāve been inspired to take control of my health. Iāve just had results back from a Medichecks thyroid panel and would appreciate your thoughts. Full information about my history and symptoms

Update on my daughter's GP call today. So angry.
I'm so angry but not surprised. I didn't expect much tbh. My daughters last Vitamin results from 2022 were B12 290, Ferritin 24, folate 9.2 & Vit D 39. She been on thyroxine since a teenager now in her 40's. TSH levels fluctuating all over the place for past 6 years. Well the GP called today

Would an iodine supplement help?
I still don't feel well (very tired and the most dreadful brain fog which has stopped me driving) and wondered how I would know if an iodine supplement might help? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Latest Medichecks results - stopped taking b12 liquid 2 weeks before test. Taking Spatone, VitaminD
