Problems rising from a seat
The only medications that's changed in the last few months which could affect it are Alendronic Acid in June, and a change of an asthma inhaler, (from
Symbicort
400/12 to DuoResp Spiromax 320/9) about a fortnight ago.

From down under down under
I am now on Spiriva before bed and
Symbicort
400/12 am and pm and feel a million dollars. I also have a Ventolin puffer I religiously take with me everywhere I go just in case. I haven't needed it for the last 6 months. My only issue is "I cant cook" so I am slowly teaching myself how to cook.

Hi, I have been switched to this inhaler from

Some success with breathing excercises and new meds.
I have also been having adverse reactions to both
Symbicort
and Seretide, my doctor has changed me from a combined inhaler to two seperate inhalers a steroid (Alvesco) and a LABA (Onbrez). As soon as I took the Onbrez I knew we were onto something.

Should I go back to the docs?
Despite the GP doubling my antihistamine from 185 once a day to 2 a day, my symptoms haven't significantly improved ( I am on other meds Montelucast,
Symbicort
400, nasal spray- Dymista, ) I am just so lethargic, having a shower really takes it out of me & I need my blue inhaler a couple of times to

What do you take for Chronic Bronchitis
Symbicort
which used to work a treat makes me feel worse and Advair has me coughing up lots of phlegm. Becotide seems to work a little but isn't a silver bullet.

Hello Yes I had the same feelings but mine started more or less straight away. Go and get checked you can never be to sure. They took me off it and reverted to previous medication. The other week I tried Fostair and that was worse.

getting people to understand asthma
Although I have tried to explain to mother she refuses to stop using the chemicals which are causing inflammation to my asthma and the constant use of my blue inhaler (i also take daily
symbicort
), I am having this argument now with her on almost a daily basis, i just can't get her to understand even

Seebri and Onbrez
I was on Sprivia which I was fine with by
Symbicort
always made my chest feel so tight. I'm not sure if it was the steroid that did that or not but most of the time didn't take it because of that. Thank you.

Copd treatments
I do take
Symbicort
400 - 4 or 5 times a day (which I don't think makes any difference to my breathing). Also I have Tiotropium bromide (Spiriva) which I take once a day, a Ventolin inhaler which I take every time I move from my chair.

What to do about hayfever
My asthma has (thankfully) remained in control (I'm currently taking
symbicort
200/6 2 puffs twice daily, ventolin before exercise and as needed and montelukast 10mg daily) My question is if I wanted to try antihistamines for what appears to be hayfever, is it normal to just buy them over the counter
