Anybody else? Self harm and acne
I have had stares in the past at
swimming
pool during water aerobics from the scarring and never went back. I find it hard to cope with at times as both affect my self esteem. I would be grateful for any thoughts or useful comments. Thank you

Made it Switzerland to see my son!
But I felt very nervous to set off since this cape is kicking my butt with HFS… without being able to walk much, I have kept fit for this trip by
swimming
laps and using my ebike… but still this is a lot for a 63 year old MBC with all that I have going on.

Update
I ran out of hydroxocobalamin 4 days ago and the effect is a return of the difficulty breathing which I evaluate by walking a little ways up a local mountain on the same trail or
swimming
. I am going to try hydroxocobalamin SL and see if that works to try and cut down on expense.

Hashimotos double vision
I went to my optician for a routine check up 3 weeks ago and the letters on the chart were
swimming
around in a way I'd never seen before.

Ouch!
I've got a rather sore arm and shoulder this morning, so its possible that my shoulder joint is
swimming
in B12. Let's just hope that it doesn't cause a problem. I'm dreading the next jab or blood test if it is the same nurse, I think I'm going to have to say that I don't want to see her again.

Knees got the better of me for now
I hope to be back one day, but to be honest may just stick to my usual long walks and return to
swimming
for aerobic fitness instead. Loved the running while it lasted though, all 90 seconds of it 😀 and it has spurred me on to get fitter somehow.

readings from fibro scan
I had my gall bladder removed in 2019 because they said it was not functioning correctly, I think it was liver problems all along, I don’t drink heavy at all, just the occasional one with friends and family when we go out, I eat reasonably healthy and exercise twice a week
swimming
or walking, so really

Recommendations for swimming cap
I've recently started
swimming
again which I really love (and makes me feel so much better). However, I struggle to find a
swimming
cap which doesn't feel uncomfortable.

Severe Dilated Cadiomyopothy
I have dropped 12 Kilos in the last 2 months, have cut out booze and started
swimming
. It doesn’t change the fact I’m scared to death! 💀 Does anyone have experience of living with this condition or of treating it or of prognosis in relation to it?

Undiagnosed condition
I tried
swimming
but unfortunatly had another attack so had to stop. More recently* Twice directly after a shower and what has completely made me freak out is twice after puting on cologne. Has anyone ever seen or heard of these symptoms before with a niche diagnostic? Please help!

Going back to exercise
Prior to the pandemic I (without any enthusiasm, it has to be said) used to go
swimming
and to the gym. After Covid restrictions were lifted I didn't go back as I have always been very cautious about Covid even before I was diagnosed with PMR.

I will compartmentalize that by using open water
swimming
as my only ... Thinking about that is going to happen anyway. The first part of a business plan is to honestly evaluate assets. That always sucks due to the honesty.

muscle wasting
looks a better shape and a more normal size , where as the other one looks swollen in a way, I also have some varicus veins on the big leg which I didn’t have before so I’m wondering if that would cause fluid build up and not as good blood flow which is why I’m not losing fat on that leg , I do

Sadly
swimming
is over for this year due to the sun not being out long enough to heat the lake. I could still swim in my trisuit for a couple of weeks. That takes more energy and time getting ready and keeping my trisuit dry.

🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ Catch Up Corner June 1: How’s it going?🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Perhaps it’s exercising in other ways such as
swimming
, walking or cycling which don’t work your body in the same way as running. Maybe it’s a good time to think about what you’re eating and drinking and how that’s supporting your body.

For jacuzzi and
swimming
pool (I don't put my head in the water) I heard that Aquasphere goggles are a good choice. What about tennis? I'm just a beginner, but I enjoy it. What about duty environments, like my loft, etc. Any advice on how to protect my eye and have a normal life?

swimming the English channel
I am 56 years old four weeks post open-heart surgery to replace my aortic valve and I would like to swim the English Channel. I know this can't be done tomorrow as I have to recover first and do a lot of training but has anybody got any advice about how to achieve this goal.
