Anyone know how soon I can swim in a hotel pool after my hybrid mini maze. All wounds are healed over but still raised.

Paranoid about twinges
I've had twinges on and off for a few yrs, mostly right shoulder, it's random and not very painful but sometimes I think it's something more sinister since my diagnosis, probably due to long term
swimming
. Am I paranoid about nothing and with my diagnosis a scan is not needed.

Swimming with tinnitus
Hi everyone, I have a knee injury and part of the physio will be
swimming
. Will the regular half-hour sessions immersed in chlorinated water exacerbate my tinnitus to any extent? Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Mark

Sacropolpopexy operation - has anyone had this operation? and had some of the symptons return .
Im 66 years old and this op literally was the best thing for me - I was once again very active , running ,
swimming
, generally keeping quite fit. I would love to hear from anyone else who has had this op and if they have suffered any returning symptoms. Many thanks in advance

To swim or not to swim?
I’ve always been a strong swimmer and loved sea
swimming
as often as I can , including Winter! I haven’t swum since September, and been a bit scared to, thinking I can’t do both…. But wondering about a gentle pool swim?

chest discomfort
Have been active building up exercise and
swimming
well. Today walked a dog for the first time. She pulled a bit and after a while I found a slight discomfort in my right chest. This is a different “action” to
swimming
etc and I assuming will just become ok with time. Anyone any advice?

So I was scrolling looking for information about tinnitus and
swimming
, if it's an ok thing to do or maybe not, and came across this forum. I'm glad I did. So much advice, support and comfort to be had. Hello and thank you everybody.

Anybody use the gym?🏋️♀️
Of course membership includes the pool but I hate
swimming
!🤣 I loved the gym in my ‘youth’ but don’t want to lose precious outdoor running time. However, am thinking it could be fab for strength training. Posted on Bridge too. Thanks🙂

Week 1
I suffer with Fibromyalgia so morning activity is often slow but I feel I am fairly active at the moment with walking count at 740 minutes last week with 194 of those being brisk, I am hoping to start
swimming
soon and would love to be able to do more towards my better health targets as for the moment

Proximal Myopathy
I'm fed up of the pain despite physio exercises and
swimming
at a gentle pace. Will it ever go away? Diagnosed with Autoimmune Thyrotoxicosis in September and now in erythroid range.

I have been exercising more like
swimming
so could this cause it? Feel ok in self apart from some mild period type cramping & incisions look like they are healing well. Just wonder what other peoples experiences have been like & if they have had something similar? Thanks in advance 😊

Some time ago there was a discussion about
swimming
goggles. I would like to go
swimming
at my local indoor pool. Ladt time I wore well fitting goggles but got conjunctivitis anyway🥲…which are the well fitting goggles that people use? I do not need prescription ones. Thanks
