Help! I'm bringing the neighbourhood down..
It's a sea of every weed known to man (with the exception of knotweed thank god) and a
stinging
nettle
paradise. I am embarrassed, but I can't manage it the way I'd like to in my head. If you try to dig, you hit rubble. All I can do is strim it down.

On iron supplements but my ferritin did not increase
I started having a lot of symptoms of iron deficiency last year after correcting my long term B12 deficiency: dry mouth, palpitations, muscle twitches. It is possible that my iron had been low for a long time and I just didn't notice because my B12 had also been low. I started taking iron supplements

Advice on test results please
Hello there I would be glad if some advice on my latest test results please: CRP HS X 6.23 mg/L (0 - 5) - this is high, but I came down with a temperature and sore throat the following day, so I'm guessing it's probably due to fighting illness rather than autoimmunity. Ferritin 94.9 ug/L (13 - 150)

Iron Test Results
Could I please share my results, I struggle sometimes to follow what I should be looking for. I had a full fasting iron panel test that had to be repeated because my transferrin saturation was below range at 15% (suggested range was 20.0 - 40.0)., therefore, I am wondering if 40mg Solgar Gentle

Coordinating pill times help please
Need some guidance please on the best timings for thyroxine and vitamins. I’ve just received my first pack of thyroxine and not decided on when to take them yet. I feel night time might be better as I’ll have the day free to take everything else. Although I’m leaning towards the morning as I wake up

Vitamin results are in, advice please.
I finally managed to get a Ferritin test from GP after latest Medichecks showed it had gone down despite taking 20mg of Solgar Gentle Iron. Well, the NHS one shows it’s gone up to 31 from 24 which is amazing really as I haven’t been taking any iron for two weeks!!! So I’m getting no help from them.

Nettle Tea and the Adrenal Glands
“
Stinging
nettle
nourishes the whole system, specifically the adrenals and kidneys. It then states that the leaves are high in chlorophyll which acts on the hormonal system and recommends the use of Nettle Tea.
