necrosis due to radiation
The treatment for this necrosis is to go on
steroids
to help reduce the inflammation and then to follow up with multiple MRIs to see if the necrosis is becoming less. Not having vision clarity has been a real challenge for me and it’s been going on since late April.

Cough 14 weeks and sore throat
Saw a doctor about 4 weeks ago, gave me antibiotics,
steroids
and an inhaler. Chest sounded clear. I was sent for a chest xray, which is clear. However I developed a feeling of tightness and sore throat and pressure and sought pain in my ears for about three weeks.

Haven't ran in over 18 months
Due to pantar fasciitis I haven't ran for over 18 months. Earlier this year I tried shockwave therapy which eased the pain by about 15% Almost two weeks ago I managed to get a steroid injection. The doctor who performed the injection said it should take about two weeks to see any difference. Well after

Recurrent miscarriage advice
I was advised
steroids
are more to do with implantation and as this isn't appearing to be the problem they are not needed. Oh I also have endometriosis and adenomyosis. Sorry for the long post.

Post Viral Breathlessness
After two courses of antibiotics and two courses of
steroids
my chest is absolutely clear of infection but I'm still breathless. I finished my second course of
steroids
on Saturday and thought I was better but come Sunday night I was back to square one.

Exhausted but happy.
She will remind them that a rescue pack of
steroids
and antibiotics is a must as delays in treatment can cause further lung damage. I also learnt I can take ibuprofen which I thought I couldn't take because of my lungs.

Lung Reduction
Since then on
steroids
weened off them, back on weened off back on and so I'm now on 6mg a day. I'm now doing exercise rehab which I thought was helping to start with but I'm feeling so breathless this morning I'm not sure now.

connected or not?
I have severe asthma which bag at 40 yr old I’m now 62. I have lots of medications tablets and inhalers etc I’m currently awaiting further tests to check copd and possible suitability for biologics. The only thing that really helps well is steroid tablets which I have at big flare ups from time to time

stopping aspirin temporarily
hi. I’m suffering from really bad sciatica. The orthopaedic surgeon wants to give me a branch block steroid injection (whatever that is) but only if I can come off aspirin (75mg) for a few days. This is because he’s afraid I might bleed into the sciatic nerve, which could be disastrous. I’m seeing my
