Metabolic symptoms at 3am
I am a 71 year old man with a handful of issues including Polymyalgia Rheumatica (taking
steroids
). Partly because of the
steroids
, my A1c is running borderline at 41. Thanks

Steroids
Hi I have PMR ( diagnosed in April this year ) My rheumatologist gave me a steroid injection 3 weeks ago in shoulder for pain ( she was reluctant for me to go back on oral preds because I’m diabetic type 2 ) Anyway the
steroids
reduced the pain for a short while . Then it was agony !

Covid booster and steroids
I have been offered my Covid booster for next Monday but I had a steroid injection on March 25th. Does anyone know if I need to leave longer between the two jabs??

Covid recovery and steroids
using the dsns method I had got down to 0.5 mg
steroids
in December but then I got covid. The first symptoms that I experienced were like a pmr flare. I increased the
steroids
to 5 mg . After two weeks of slow recovery I then went rapidly downhill and went to the doctor.

and am on 20mg of Methotrexate and am virtually pain free now, has any one else taken Atorvastain along with

My consultant is happy to prescribe
steroids
, clexane and aspirin without the text which is so much cheaper. Wondered if anyone else has done this and got a BFP?

Food diary.......
HI everyone....I'm planning to do a food diary as I've read on here that the correct food could help....but because I'm on
steroids
15mg a day.... would it make any difference as the
steroids
are doing their job and keeping the pain at bay Any tips for crippling insomnia.....

silent reflux?
Five courses of oral
steroids
and six lots of antibiotics. One episode of AF triggered by coming off the
steroids
I think. My asthma meds have recently been changed and I am feeling much better. But I want to get on top of the silent reflux.

On the mend now with help of antibiotics and
steroids
. I have COPD and Asthma and for the past couple of years if I get a bad cold or some virus it always goes to my chest and Sinus and I end up struggling and needing antibiotics and
steroids
to recover.
