Is SVT a problem that always needs medication?
(also on BP tabs for years now controlled for a long time .. and
statins
). I am 75 and very happy with life! The missing beats have stopped .. just the occasional feeling of 'flutter'. Am I heading for something worse? Do I really need to start this medication?

HEART ATTACK RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ADT...
Anyone have real data re: true risk of heart attack as a result of ADT....All my life I have had high cholesterol....diet makes little difference...refused
Statins
. My Calcium Score is presently Zero ( or WAS 2 years ago).... Will probably consider a statin as part of pca protocol....

Simvastatin-induced erythromelalgia: less is more
This forum, Thyroid UK, is particularly aware of
statins

Alternatives to Statins
They are expensive and so currently are only recommended for people in these groups who canāt get their cholesterol levels low enough by taking
statins
, or who are intolerant to
statins
. PCSK9 inhibitors have to be given as injections every two or four weeks.

Starting Lipitor 10mg......maybe?
As my cholesterol sticks stubbornly around 5, I have decided that I really should start taking
statins
....tonight! Which is 7 days before my next INR check.....I have been very resistant to this for ages.

I still do not want to take the

I see numerous posts regarding the use of metformin,
statins

Leg pain with other than statins and other meds.
After quitting
statins
because of severe leg pain I went to Welchol and had the same problem. I then went to the injection method with Repatha now, after six weeks it appears my leg pain is returning with a vengeance. (Leg pain did go away after quitting the other drugs).
