What do you take for Chronic Bronchitis
My Pulmo is saying no to
Spiriva
. I do get relief for a few hours from Albuterol but hate the effects. Symbicort which used to work a treat makes me feel worse and Advair has me coughing up lots of phlegm. Becotide seems to work a little but isn't a silver bullet.

I have no infection and was put on
spiriva
and frostair inhaler. Think were under control for a couple of months and now things are back to normal. Cough cough cough. My breathing is quite good. Is this just a matter of finding the right medication ?.

Reaction to Serevent?
I just switched back to
Spiriva
and was also given Serevent so yesterday would have been the third time I used Serevent.

Did I get a dose or not?
Now and then it seens that my inhalers,
Spiriva
and Ceretide don't deliver a dose. Ceritide I can feel the powdery sensation in my mouth, while
Spiriva
, despite shaking like mad will not show the cloud that escapes. I never know if I should try again, or if I actually inhaled enough.

Worse dyspnea since shock
I have COPD and take seretide and
spiriva
. I have had the shock of finding my 43yo son dead on his bed - cause unknown. My dyspnea has gotten much worse over the last 3 days, since his funeral. Can anyone suggest anything that may help? Thanks

David Daugherty here.
I am told to use
Spiriva
and Symbiocort as inhalers, and to start an exercise regimen. They say my condition can not be reversed, but I am a spiritual person and do not accept that. I would like to know if anyone with a similar illness has felt recovery or improvement.

Can I put sputum sample in fridge?
I have no infection so she thought it was inflammation of the airways and prescribed Seretide to add to my
Spiriva
. I've now had the Seretide reduced with a view to coming off it eventually. I do have Pseudomonas in my lungs but it's not a problem at the moment.

Change of Inhaler
Saw my doc this morning and he's put me on low dose steroids and changed my inhaler from
spiriva
to ellipta. I was wondering if anyone had used it. It's new on the market seemingly xx

Hi all, I have COPD which I believe in early stages though of late getting worse as I have had one virus after another
By the way I am 76 so no chicken and only using ventolin inhaler as others I have tried have such awful side effects and I believe the last one
Spiriva
triggered my sinusitis.
