Howl do I manage Meneire's disease?
I'm looking for a regimen/routine that will help with the reduction of
sodium
in my diet. How much? How little? Complete abstinence? Also, some ideas for fluid consumption throughout the day.

Advice please on introducing T3.
I am seriously thinking of switching to either T3 on its own, but need to know what is the equivalent of T3 to 150mg eletroxin(eletroxin is Levothyroxine
Sodium
) I was considering starting off very slowly with the T3 until I reach a point where it is working best.

Cut that out. It's in every food almost. Liver can't filter it. Just like alcohol when liver damaged. Don't give up. My liver specialist said anything green will filter well and beets but beets r so messy. Hang on xo from boldad

Morningside Liothyronine sodium!
Hi my Dr won't prescribe Mercury lio any more. Morning side didn't work for me and I became ill with them for 6 months. I really need to adjust the dose from mercury to Morning side. I guess Morning side is a lot less effective as it didn't work on me and i became ill. Any ideas on how much to take

I’m a month post lap, it was a diagnostic lap where they found endo and removed on my POD, ovary and unstuck a frozen pelvis. Since the lap my bowel symptoms have gotten worse and worse after surgery I didn’t poop for about 4-5 days and after that it started soft and has slowly gotten worse now I’m at

Diarrhoea all night
I have been awake all night with the most painful diarrhoea of my life. I suffer from IBS-D and can manage it fairly well but I think this could be a stomach bug/ food poisoning. I would usually be on the Imodium but as I don’t think it’s ins related I want to try and let it run it’s course and flush

Do runners need salt.
In the hope of one day running further I wonder whether I should be adding salt/electrolyte/
sodium
etc. It seems to be one of those unfounded beliefs out there that it is required, but I don't know how true that is?
