Hi everyone, I am currently taking 6 zapain a day but really do not think they are helping. I will discuss with doctor for an alternative to try , but would love to hear if anything has worked for you so I have some idea of what might be available. Thank you to those who reply. cmjoyce

conflicted!
I am really conflicted because I am in so much
pain
- knees,
shoulder
and 1 hip. I can’t remember how much
pain
I was in prior to diagnosis in March 2020. She gave me a blood test form to complete in the event of a flare So do I take it and risk confirmation of arthritis?

Sunday’s Poem is Tarantella
Do you remember an Inn, Miranda? Do you remember an Inn? And the tedding and the spreading Of the straw for a bedding, And the fleas that tease in the High Pyrenees, And the wine that tasted of the tar? And the cheers and the jeers of the young muleteers (Under the vine of the dark verandah)

struggling with ET symptoms after covid
Last night I couldn’t sleep because I had a strange ache/
pain
in my arm,
shoulder
and back which meant it hurt to sleep on my side. Today I feel like I’ve pulled a muscle in my neck.

Thoracic Endometriosis
The pain is always there, like a pulling pain/raw like someone has grated me, sometimes stabbing and like lightning shooting down,
shoulder
pain
strangely on the opposite side, a lot basically. Has anyone been pregnant whilst having thoracic endometriosis too?

tooth extraction
yesterday I went to the emergency dentist-I was referred there by my city main emergency dentist. Anyway it was because of an away night and day off tooth pain I had I just could not Cope with. The dentist said what was wrong and told me the best thing was to take it out. I agreed and it was obviously

RLS what works for me
After bilateral hip replacement in 2015, I developed RLS in both legs, seem to hit at once when it attacks. Mainly at night of course or during meetings or when I'm still too long. I take a plant product called kratom. It might not be legal in all states but is in mine (for now). I learned about it

Worse after 2 years
For a couple of months, I’ve had new pains intermittently around my body, including a shooting
pain
between my right
shoulder
and right side of my neck. I can’t really turn my head well . Anyway, I feel I have only gone backwards and I am at a loss on how to move forward.
