No cough, no wheeze asthma
Is there anyone out there who is not coughing and wheezing with asthma? I never have, but breathing is difficult. Had my heart checked and bloods done, so it must be my asthma making me breathless....not getting anywhere with docs though as I "don't wheeze enough". Not sure what to do now as meds don't

Ventolin vs Symbicort
When I’m having a flare, ventolin often doesn’t completely relieve my symptoms and I need more than 2 puffs at a time, and it wears off more quickly than it should, even though my
asthma
isn’t usually
severe
. I’ve used Symbicort for the first time and I’m suddenly loads better.

Shielding - should I really be?
I have never felt in danger with asthma, never been to hospital and never felt worse than uncomfortable - hardly a description of
severe
asthma
as far as I can see.

Night time asthma
does anyone have a problem with asthma that comes on only during the evening? No wheezing just hard to take a deep breath. Is this common?

Medic alert dogs for asthma
I have non-allergic
severe
brittle
asthma
, and I'm willing to try anything to get my asthma under control, as I have had 4 admissions to intensive care this year already with Asthma attacks. I am not allergic to dogs, I'm around dogs regularly as I have a couple of friends with dogs. Lisa

Hello. I am looking for some advice. I have cough based asthma. I have had a sore throat this week that has developed into a cough. I am sure it’s asthma (it’s what normally happens) just wanted to see what the advice is for what you do with xlugh based asthma? Do you covid test or bypass and speak

Need some advice on my asthma management
Hi all, so I am having a bit of a rough time at the moment but with having both asthma and anxiety it’s a never ending cycle. So the doctor as advised me to loose weight as I am about 48 pounds overweight and he said that will help my asthma and feeling short of breath but not sure if it will or not?

Asthma worsening
I have had asthma about 15 months and after clenil I was prescribed seratide 125 /25 combination preventer . This has worked quite well until last the 4 months when I have had 5 moderate attacks, the last 2 within 4 weeks where I have used 12 and then 15 blue puffs to stabilise. Each time I feel under

Concerned about contracting Covid, especially with severe asthma.
Anyone as concerned about contracting Covid, especially with
severe
asthma
. My husband is very concerned as to how my body will cope. Haven't heard of any other asthma suffers to how they managed if they contracted Covid.

Hopefully help with thickening.
I have really got to share this, I had an emergency stoma fitted in February this year and I have had lots of trouble with the thickness because my stoma is so high and I have just found a couple of weeks ago when I was in hospital I was not happy with the food so I got a curry out of M&S and it thickened
