Vitamin and Mineral Supplement Suggestions
Also
Selenium
? I haven't had that tested but would it cause any problems supplementing. B12 - this is within range but I would like to take some more as I'm mainly vegetarian. I have some 100ug B12 as Cyanocobalamin already at home, are these any use and how much should I be taking?

Help! Armour + Levo dose post thyroidectomy
I’m up for trying anything including supplement and lifestyle/diet changes (I already take B12, iron, D3, magnesium &
selenium
). I have heard that testing my reverse T3 and cortisol may be a good idea?

Supplement advice please
0.92 (0.89 - 1.65) Magnesium 0.85 (0.70 - 1.00) Zinc 15 (11 - 23) Also want to take magnesium,
selenium
and zinc as previous doctor has said magnesium blood level looked low and is probably lower at the cellular level, also
selenium
could be better and zinc level though normal from bloods was registered

Thoughts on “mass market” supplements
The differences I note are as follows: -Not having more absorbable D/zinc/B/
selenium
absolutely wrecks sleep patterns - stopping black cumin seed oil makes a huge impact on exercise resilience in terms of ease of breathing under hard aerobic conditions - beef liver capsules again makes a real difference

Selenium/Inositol & TSH
I am considering supplementing with
Selenium
& Inositol as there have been studies that it lowers TPO antibodies and TSH. However, my TSH is 0.027 so doesn't need to be any lower so what would happen? Would it be dangerous in any way?

Best Selenium and Magnesium supplements to buy
I want to try adding some
selenium
and magnesium to see if I can improve my health, underactive thyroid, and ME plus B12 injections. Having spent some time today trawling the internet and have become more confused as to which I should buy.

New here! Thyroid panel results help please!
I also still suffer from hair loss - this has improved a bit over the last year, but I still get clumps on my hairbrush and bedroom floor :( In order to help with T4 to T3 conversion, I have also been taken
selenium
200ug daily (with vitamin E) .

Canine toe nail Selenium? U-shaped PCa risk.
In Europe, where there is no significant
selenium
source in the diet (wheat is grown in low-
selenium
soils), a larger section of the population is at risk for low
selenium
-related PCa. The problem with the SELECT study was that
selenium
status did not affect the intervention dose.
