Calcium supplementation
I supplement with methylated B12 and folate, vitamin D,
selenium
and iron (Floravital and an oral spray). My absorption is poor probably due to the Hashis but I'm also in the process of trying to heal a damaged intestinal lining, confirmed after a few endoscopies.

Feeling excited about finding a cure for my RLS without meds!!
I also grabbed a bottle of Stresstabs, a b complex with copper, zinc,
selenium
, lyposene as well. No help. But I figured I would continue. Then, 12 days ago, I went to Superstore, (I never go to Superstore), and ended up in the organic section, which has homeopathic supplements.

Change of clinic, change of attitude
He’s been told to take zinc and
selenium
, and I’ve been told to take COQ10 and omega 3, as well as our usual preconception vitamins. 2) according to the ultrasound doctor and my gynae doctor my tubes aren’t blocked!

Not Sure who I'm answering.
Also, I recently started my wife on
selenium
and "polyphenols" from life extension called, "Vital Reds. She had breast cancer but has been in remission for years. Also, black cumin seed oil, tastes like motor oil but mix it with orange juice is the most palatable. Check out Dr. Gundry on that.

Hashimoto’s
But found it reaaally helpful to supplement with Zinc,
Selenium
, magnesium, vit D, vit B12, Iron and (sometimes) multivitamin. I know it seems like a lot but this really helps me with energy levels and general well being. If any of you would like to share some of your experiences and tips, please do

Reflexology, what are your thoughts?
This supplement is a great all rounder for reproductive health because it has Vitamin C, E,
Selenium
, Zinc, co-enzyme Q10. You also need a Fatty Acid which is also needed for reproductive health, I advise Nutrivital Starflower GLA, this is a high strength fatty acid.

Follow up blood results
Since first joining I have supplemented vits:D, C, B12, iron, magnesium,
selenium
etc All of the ones suggested and that can affect absorption. My last post explains why I feel I have to give T4 another chance.

Antioxidant supplement ivf
From what I can tell antioxidant supplements have the same level of
selenium
and slightly more beta carotene as I’m already taking, but a lot more vitamin E and A. I don’t know if it’s possible to make too much of these things? Don’t want to inadvertently cause more harm than good :)

Hashimoto problems - please can anyone help? Sorry for the long post.
I have tried gluten free (strictly for 3 months) and it made me feel no better, I have also been taking
selenium
. I had an appointment with an endo a few months ago and he said to wait longer for the T4 to 'kick in' but not sure I believe him. Diabetes and sex hormones test came back normal.

Feel ignored by GP
I take vit d supplement high strength,
selenium
and b6 but she wasn’t interested in the fact my vit d levels are low. I feel totally worn out, depressed over weight gain and am at a loss what else I can do.
