Help with results and dosage.
I take lots of vits, iron,
selenium
, b12, b complex, magnesium, zinc, vit d/k2, quercetin and recently Q10. I’ve a new complex containing black cohosh, red clover, sage, Angus castus. Is this safe with Levo etc? It’s for menopausal and pms symptoms. For my night sweats.

Robert Redferns advice to cancer sufferers
Take liposomal Vitamin C to compensate for lack of C in the average diet A complex supplement that includes
selenium
is needed to help create glutathione and activate the iodine. Restore all B Vitamins Take COQ10 to aid healthy cell regeneration.

Hair loss and what tests to do
I also take
selenium
and vit C and zinc and a B-complex and magnesium... I know it’s not the worst symptom of hypothyroidism, but if there’s anything I can do to lessen the impact that would be great!

New blood test results. Advice, please?
L-Methylfolate 400 ug Bio-
Selenium
100 ug + Zinc 15 mg Acidophilus Plus and kombucha to maintain my gut flora/pro biotics. I am vegetarian and I have been gluten free for 2 years, which does seem to be helping to avoid bloating and immune problems, and my weight seems about right too.

Relapse of symptoms
I had been supplementing with folate, d3,k2,
selenium
/ magnesium and had gone gluten free which really seemed to help although the past 4 weeks diet has slipped due to hospital visits and haven’t been very good with supplements either.

Any advice on latest bloods
I’ve also got
selenium
for H&B to hopefully reduce antibodies. Still taking 100 mg thyroxine and just switched to a bedtime dose to see if it helps. Worst symptoms are bad brain fog, feeling drunk, exhaustion, painfully bad tinnitus, fainting and unable to work.

I've noticed a lot of people on here suggest taking this with hashimotis, can someone tell me what this is and why it's good for this disease, also dosage recommended?

Latest blood results from Medichecks. Advice would be much appreciated.........
My diet is pretty good and since being gluten free and taking
selenium
the antibodies have reduced from over 2000 to 588. I also think that my Free T3 and Free T4 are low My husband thinks that I should be pushing my GP to see an endocrinologist as I don’t think our GP looks at the whole picture.

Selenium
A while ago I saw an endocrinologist and she recommended I take
Selenium
which I did. She gave me 200μg daily which I have started and stopped twice now. The first time, I got awful memory fog (almost unable to function), hair falling out, tiredness.

Latest test results with hashimotos
Also, broad spectrum probiotic, fish oil, zinc,
selenium
, magnesium glycinate and vitamin c. I always seem to be on the low end of the range but my TSH is really low so the Dr's freak out but say my other results are within range.
