Advice needed - before I lose the plot!
I take Vit Bcomplex at lunch time,
selenium
200mg, Vit D 1000mg and magnesium in the evening. I take my levo first thing in the morning with a pint of lemon water then leave an hour before eating. Am I doing something wrong? I can’t quite work out how to get this right!

Tricky Thyroid Patient! Advice please.
With regards to vitamins, I currently take D3 and K2 Better You spray and
Selenium
with Zinc. I was taking combined B vits with Magnesium and Vit C but then read on here not to take Vit C with Magnesium so when I finished them I didn't replace.

Vitamin K2 and hypothyroidism
The only change I have made is that I have started to take K2 along with my usual supplements of vitamin C and zinc, D3, ferritin, B12 and
selenium
. I’ve been well for months since starting T3 along with a slightly reduced dose of levo. No bloods of late due to being unable to speak to the docs.

Any tips on starting T3?
Am excited to see if it makes a difference to general fatigue which is my main symptom at the mo, have been feeling better in general since I started taking
selenium
regularly but still have energy crashes at times. My most recent blood test results in case relevant.

When to take vitamins + iron recommendation?
I take 100 thyroxine and 10mcg T3 in the morning, 10mcg T3 in afternoon (around 3pm), am also about to start taking a B complex,
selenium
and separate b12. I am confused about the best way to schedule in these vitamins to ensure there is no interaction and to keep them away from T3 also.

Hello, I have seen there is a new form of
selenium
supplements available derived from mustard seeds. Has anyone tried this form of
selenium
and has it proved beneficial? Thank you.

Myo-inositol - Random Wondering
BTW: That stuff I mentioned about
selenium
and myo-inositol above? Just taking the
selenium
does nothing to make a person euthyroid.

Any advise on brands of Selenium to use
I have read that good quality
selenium
helps with this so am wondering if mine is not working anymore. I do not like brazil nuts so a few of them a day is not an option for me. Thanks for reading.

NHS Blood test results
I am also supplementing VIT D/B12/B COMPLEX and
selenium
and magnesium. Now my results are below only showing TSH AND T4 T4 Level 23 9.0-25 TSH 0.11 It says its an abnormal result and I am to speak with the GP, I thought a very low tsh and a high T4 was the optimum result

Blood results help
Will commence
selenium
in a couple of weeks. Plan is to re check bloods in 6 months to see if my antibodies have reduced and T3 increased. One other part of my bloods was to see if I would benefit from taking T3?? Do not want to waste money seeing a private endo if likely not needed.

How to work out dosages for supplements?
Are there any hypo sufferers who know how to work out how much
selenium
,zinc, copper and magnesium you might need after seeing your blood test results? Or any article about dosage (s)? All hints and tips appreciated.

Selenium in the Therapy of Neurological Diseases. Where is it Going? 2016
Is anybody taking
selenium
? I started taking it (with Inositol) in an effort to lower my thyroid antibodies (I have HT), but I've been searching more and it seems to be helpful in most autoimmune diseases. Maybe. Some people think PD is an autoimmune disease.
