Mega high Selenium. 367ug/L (67-135). Taking 200mcg daily. Does anyone taking this dose know what their selenium levels are?
Therefore, my
Selenium
levels, since 1/8/22 until 1/12/22, will have been in excess of 367ug/L. No doubt, some of my intractable symptoms may be as a result of excess
Selenium
. Excess
Selenium
commonly cause gastrointestinal effects.

Selenium, T3 access
I want to find out if anyone knows if
selenium
has any noticeable effect on conversion from T4 to T3, or any other supplement for that matter.

Recommendations for a good selenium supplement?
That's not expensive? Selenomethionine is the type I'm after. I currently take Viridian which is around £8/9 for 30 capsules. It doesn't last long as I take 2 capsules daily. Previously I used solgar but I didn't feel it was as effective. There's so many different supplement sellers on Amazon now

Goitre and blood test
I am taking zinc, vit D,
selenium
, black seed oil, cod liver oil, a probiotic, boswellia and turmeric. Do i need to take medication? will that reduce nodules ? For those who have goitres - how do you cope , especially when really visible. I really do not want to remove my thyroid if possible.

Can't find proper thyroid medication
My vitamins are all optimal as well (vtiamin D, iron, ferratin, b12,
selenium
). I've also had my adrenals tested and the levels are normal. when taking t4 only or t4 + t3 I feel the most "normal" but I have TONS of hair shedding, and it doesn't stop.
