Week 6 completed
Haven’t been out
running
for a week as looking after 4 year old granddaughter. Must have done quite a lot of
running
around as managed 25 minute continuous run today! Went out with no expectations, just thought, I’ll see how far I’ll get and I nailed it! Perfect
running
conditions warm, light rain.

Running out of road....
But I seem to be
running
out of cans AND out of road! I don't want to extend life if the quality of life becomes too miserable, so that's also a consideration. Your thoughts, as ever, gratefully received.

10 mins x2
I might just do that one again to feel more confident but it is good to be back and
running
. Thanks for all the encouragement.

Nearly completed Week 2 - still pretty tough!
I repeated Week 1 having been away from any sort of
running
for about 10 years. I’m cycling fit (a little bit anyway), but the
running
is so much harder. I’m seem to recover reasonably well between run intervals (doesn’t feel like it), but it is definitely tough.

Health/injury question
I'm in week 8 and when I'm
running
my right calf aches a bit and when I keep
running
then my right foot goes numb, like when you've sat on it for too long. I already do stretches as well as the cool down as I know my calf muscles are tight.

Cylogest pessary
I am currently 7 weeks
running
. I am using cylogest pessary twice daily and need to continue upto 15 weeks.I used to take it vaginally but its really irrigating after some time its melting and come out. I had used also rectally. But I am afraid of rectum as I am using twice daily.

CATCH-up-CORNER...WEEK 4... COME on IN and Rest a WHILE.
There is no sure-fire way to help boost
running
stamina, but there are things that may help! Starting C25K can be a tricky business; for many of us,
running
may be a new exercise, we are not sure what to expect or how our body will react.

Week 7 - Done and Dusted
Can't believe that I am actually
running
25 minutes at a clip. It's slow, but that's ok. The Toxic Ten can be tough to get through, sometimes. And I've learned this week that every run is different. First run was great and confirmed that I could repeat what I did last week.

Last run as the old year ebbs away
Running
was a good decision. The wind was almost on our backs on the way home so that helped. Less than 20 minutes later I was home, goal achieved, with almost enough time to eat my breakfast and then get lunch on the go.

Something Has to Give!!
I see the EP on Thursday but we are
running
out of options. I am waiting for him to tell me that we have nothing else left to try. If I could just sleep, things would be so much better..... The goofy Atach happens mostly at night, although it is beginning to happen more and more during the day.

Stress fracture
Basically I have been
running
for 4 years approximately now and have earned myself a metatarsal foot stress fracture 😩 I have now been given the all clear to start again very slowly. I know common sense should kick in, but unsure how far to go for the first couple of runs.

Second run of week 8 completed and feeling good
As warmup walks go, it did not do what it says on the tin, I was still freezing by the time we started
running
. Luckily there was no wind and so once
running
I started to warm up a bit. I do find the cooler weather better for
running
.

How has your
been this week? What sorts of runs have you been doing? Have you had any triumphs or challenges? What are your plans for next week? I’ve had a great week. I’m aiming to be
running
three times a week consistently and I’ve hit that with three very different runs.
