NRC 10k plan, run 3
I thought I'd just throw myself into it and really run in the

bits and gently walk in the recovery bits. And surprisingly I loved it. It was so good to be out that after lunch I suggested to Ian that we went out and walked my

I am incredibly grateful she did that as I am not having as many anxiety attacks throughout my day and finally not

W6, run 2 ~ why oh why did that feel harder
Believing I had inadvertently done something, stopped
running
only to discover it was 6 minutes 40 seconds to end of the complete session - I simply couldn’t get restarted and plodded back home miffed with myself.

Coming back again
I'm still tired but this morning I thought I'd take a gentle tiny step back into the

I completed Couch to 5k a while ago now, and kept the
