Running as an informal carer
I
did

also
complete 60 minutes 🏃♀️ with an overall sexy pace of 09:18 km/h of non-stop
running
(yes, I never stopped
running
while doing the above!) and the Pride 5K along the way!

Anyone had this? Sensation like water running down inside abdomen
Recently though I’ve had this new symptom and the only way I can describe it is a sensation like cold water
running
down inside my abdomen, it’s usually on one side not in the middle. Has anyone else experienced this or anything similar?

Morning Trail run.
Normally I love the winter for
running
but this couple of weeks it has been extremely cold 🥶 and even though I’m a northern lass from Northumberland I have certainly got a bit fed up of the cold. So I’m out on Sunday morning before the rain comes. Have a great weekend all…. Keep

Virus spoils fun...
I've come down with a horrible virus, probably caught while volunteering for our newest sculpture trail, Standing Tall, in a packed shopping centre. ..There's been no
running
for me for the last week, and not looking hopeful for the next few days - so here's a picture of a giraffe!!

Back on track
Then the walk, I was afraid that I wouldn't start
running
again, but my legs obediently release the Earth for a milliseconds of flying and I was
running
. Like hey, I might be a runner! Look! I am

2023: W24R3 - Even more snow :-)
My
running
route is getting more and more inaccessible. What the snow and frost didn't do, the cars that passed along the road did. I'm trying to avoid the treadmill for now, but I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do that. I'm back for good this time :-) Happy

I only went and bloody did it!
Faced my fears of trail
running
and survived, stayed upright and came home with both my shoes, despite the copious amounts of mud. Actually enjoyed it too.

WIZARD WORKOUTS for BUSY BODIES... Calling all NEWBIES & C25K-ers !
Good morning
running
people...! This is just a call-up for those folk who have not yet visited the Strength and Flex Forum... Whilst we are starting our
running
adventures on C25K, we may experience a few niggles and twinges, hopefully, not injuries.

Chuckle Time
The buses were
running
late, and a lot of time passed. Finally, one woman turned to the other and said, "You know, I've been sitting here so long, my butt fell asleep!'. The other woman turned to her and said "I know! I heard it snoring!"

Fancy a virtual run together? please join us for the HU10 - spring 24🌷💮🏃🥇
Instead, a unique HU experience, run your way 😍 If you're currently
running
around 5k, this may encourage you to push to 10k. If you're
running
at 10k, perhaps it will give you the boost to get to the magic 10 miles. If you're
running
beyond, perhaps you can use it as one of your speed runs!

Running with the club 🥵
It’s been such an hot day and I didn’t think I’d be able to cope with
running
. So I dithered must of the day about cancelling. But I so enjoy meeting up with everyone. So I decided to go.
