I feel like so much time is passing and my situation isn’t changing at all. Which I know isn’t 100% completely true.. I guess it’s just not changing fast enough or drastically enough. Still struggling with the concussion, but I know I’m not doing everything I should to help myself. Still struggling

An Interesting Thought Has Crossed My Mind Re The Current Vitamin A/Alveoli Research.
There is at the present time encouraging research showing that retinoid acid, the active agent in vitamin A, can, AND HAS, in experimental lab animals, RESTORED ALVEOLI! Of course big med and big pharma will make sure "it requires 25 more years of research." But ignoring that, here is my thought: In

Repair Alveoli?
To begin with I am 80 and according to my pulmonologist my FEV1 says I am at stage 4. He has told me (just a month ago) that he has patients at my stage in beds in hospitals and nursing homes. But having said that, if you and I were to take a "walk around town" with me you would not know I had emphysema

Klonopin
I just woke up and once again felt fine for a few seconds and then my mind took over and convinced me I am going crazy. I so hate taking meds for this and have tried so hard to get control of it myself. I especially hate the Klonopin. I am down to .25mg and trying my best to get completely off them.

Why are mornings so much worse.
Hi everyone, Does anyone else find that anxiety is much worse in the mornings? I can go to bed feeling pretty good but when I wake up in the morning, I am already in panic mode. I wake up and immediately feel like I am going crazy and feel very confused. I have to really think of what day it is, what

How are people dealing with symptoms in the evening/getting to sleep?
I'm recently diagnosed, looking to avoid using sleep meds but my left hand, lower left leg and my left foot get really electrified and it makes it really hard to get to sleep. I take my last dose of Sinemet around 8pm but it typically doesn't touch these evening symptoms. I was prescribed Remeron,

Reminiralising teeth.
https://anyavien.com/how-to-avoid-cavities-and-teeth-extractions-naturally/ I read about fixing your teeth/regrowing cavities years ago and back then it was mainly about getting a sufficient supply of calcium. Doctors and mainstream media will tell you to drink milk for healthy teeth and bones. Well,

https://anyavien.com/how-to-avoid-cavities-and-teeth-extractions-naturally/ What I am doing with the calcium intake is good but could be better. This article does not even mention taking calcium but more to do with getting vitamin A, D and K2.

I was diagnosed 3 months ago. I'm a 51 y.o. male. My symptoms started a few years ago with the tip of my left finger feeling "pressured." That's the best way I can describe. That was followed by carpal tunnel doctor, then I got a frozen shoulder, then a neuroma in my left foot, then odd sensations in

I absolutely hate not knowing how I’m going to feel from day to day. Friday I felt relatively ok. Yesterday and today I’ve had more dizziness. I also upped my Remeron to the full 15mg pill Friday night. Started doing my concussion exercises at home, but it’s been kinda hard trying to do them when I’

Symptoms after oral sex
Hi everyone! I have been struggling with this for 10 weeks after I had unprotected oral sex. I tested negative for absolutely every STI, including Hep. A, B and C. The candida test is also negative. No HIV. My END doctor already said she did everything possible and that from her point of view it is

SO relieved!
Finally went back to the vestibular specialist on Monday. Had to do the initial exam all over again -hadn’t been there since Jan- but it went drastically better this time. Did some PT moves with me and gave me moves to do at home. The upper cervical adjustments are getting easier, had that yesterday.

Remeron is putting me to sleep for about 6 hours but I wake up a lot during the night. Thinking of upping the fuss up from 30mgs. Any thoughts? I've only been in it prob 3 weeks also.

Today was only my second day on .75mg of Ativan instead of 1mg and the anxiety is already getting to me!! Except I think I’m more talking myself into it vs the affects of decreasing. I was having anxiety on Monday just going to the psychiatrist appt bc I knew we’d talk about tapering off. Which I WANT

Yay!
Psychiatrist appt went well today. She gave me the option of upping my Remeron to 7mg but I want to hold off and get through my upper cervical chiropractor appts this week first to see if he can help the dizziness. I really want to know if it’s stemming from the concussion or the meds. (Both?) But she
