Rituximab Reaction
I guess that means no more
Rituximab
now for me đȘ My consultant is going to go some research to see what other options there are for me. Unfortunately I react really severely to prednisone in the long term and azathioprine too.

Relapse vs flare
Two years ago I reached remission with
rituximab
prednisone and now on azathioprine. I've been feeling not quite right for a little and have bloods done every 4 weeks to keep an eye on me.

Newly diagnosed GPA without renal involvement. Sorry itâs long.
If anyone cares to share positive
Rituximab
experiences that would be lovely.

Rituximab finally but ..
Was finally approved this week for Ritibumax. Its been a very long 5 months waiting for them to tick the box and for me to get to the front of another invisible NHS queue. Problem is they want me to stop the Benepali this week and then I have 5 weeks before the first infusion. The nurses are calling

Rituximab infusion - side effects?!
Hi everyone, I am awaiting a
rituximab
infusion and i was just wondering how anyone whos had it reacted? How did you feel the next couple of days after? I am a medical student with exams coming up so I just want to pre-empt how much time I am going to need to rest! Do you need time off after it?

POST 3 - CAR-T cell therapy
Since my last post things have been ticking over with regular blood tests, Clinic appointments and my bridging treatment which consists of weekly infusions of
Rituximab
and continuing with Venetoclax, 300mg daily. Apart from a reaction to the first infusion of
Rituximab
all has gone smoothly.

immunosuppressants and Covid vaccine
I was told by my nephrologist that I should wait 3 months to get the current Covid vaccine until my immunosuppressive medication (
rituximab
) wears off because I wonât mount a good response if I get it now. Has anyone been told similar advice?

Rituximab
Have been told though that a blood test has flagged up positive for the virus that causes glandular fever and they want me to have
rituximab
IV treatment in outpatients at Bham. Has anybody else had similar treatment or presence of this virus?

~ Hubby explained he has
Rituximab
for RA. The 2 false nail clad, false eyelash wearing, heavily made up, very young HCAs looked at each other & said, âWhatâs that?â

Relative risk for secondary bone marrow cancer within 5 years after initial CLL chemoimmunotherapy treatment (typically BR or FCR)
In countries where targeted therapies ('brutinibs, venetoclax, obinutuzumab/

Rituximab
) is still sometimes recommended for the treatment of CLL is that it can be curative* about 55% of the time - but [u]

My chemo experience
I started with fludarabine and
rituximab
which wasn't great. I had feelings of hot and cold, spots before my eyes, vertigo and blacking out. My haematologist was there in minutes, lowered my dose and I was able to complete the course over 6 hours without further adverse effects.

Antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) Vasculitis
Treatment for vasculitis includes using steroids along with other medication the suppress the immune system, such as cyclophosphamide or
rituximab
. I am not coughing up blood like one of the symptoms. But I cough a lot, very thick clear mucus.

My CLL Specialist seemed concerned. I need help understanding test results.
I was treated for AIHA in January 2022 with
rituximab
which got me back running. I have lost a lot of my fitness since then. My recent results (my interpretation) indicate disease progression. I could use some help figuring out what my test results mean.
