Has anyone been on the combination therapy of Venetoclax, Ibrutinib and Obinutuzumab?
I was wondering if I could hear from someone who has had the combination of Venetoclax, Ibrutinib and Obinutuzumab (Gazyva). My CLL is completely resistant to Chemo and actually continued to spread while I was on FCR. Basically I have a rare c-myc mutation for CLL that has a poor prognosis. I have

SLE & Lupus Nephritis, now liver problems
So currently on steroids and imunosuppresants and 6 monthly doses of
rituximab
for SLE & Lupus Nephritis. Saw my Nephrologist last Monday who was concerned that my Liver function result has been 'off ' for the last 5 years and getting worse and asked if it had ever been investigated.

NICE approves venetoclax (VENCLYXTO) with rituximab for previously treated chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients
The NICE recommendation to make venetoclax plus
rituximab
available was based upon MURANO Phase 3 clinical trial data. The trial compared venetoclax plus
rituximab
treated patients to bendamustine plus
rituximab
treated patients.

CLL chemo more than 10 days fever!
I have CLL and had my first FCR chemo except not
Rituximab
but Ofatumumab. Everything went well but since 10 days I have extreme high fever 39,9-40 degrees and itchy everywhere on my body and under my feet and hands.

Due to start treatment but confused!!!
I am due to start treatment soon and have all the right markers for FCR. Would it be better to go into the Flair trial? This whole chemo thing scares me. If I was chosen for the Ibrutinib and it stopped working would I still be able to have chemo?

New to this community - CLL diagnosis Feb 2018
I was diagnosed with CLL in February 2018, following a period of feeling very tired, low Hb, shortness of breath and night sweats. After numerous blood tests, CT scan, gastroscopy and colonoscopy (to rule out any bleeding) I was given my diagnosis and told that I needed chemo treatment, due to symptoms

11q deletion, my experience and short story
I just finished reading a post concerning an 11q deletion being mutated or not. I have the 11q deletion, and have had it since first diagnosed in 2009 at age 60. 11q was not a big deal back then, as not as much was known about it 10 years ago. 17p was always the bad marker, and I always dreaded that

splenic marginal zone lymphoma treatments
Does anyone know of the next line of treatment if
rituximab
and ibrutinib has not worked? Is there something that can be taken for an elderly person? And I have seen some posts about tongue ulcers and ibrutinib; is this a common problem and what is best to treat?

Ibrutinib Partial Response
I have been on Ibrutinib a little over a year now Male currently 49 yrs. old my WBC count was as high as 350k now hovering at 85k. I am now on my second oncologist first one was adamant about FCR which I refused since I wanted a chemo free treatement. I have read so much about the new combination Venetoclax

What do all these Acronyms mean?
Is there a post that explains all these acronyms you all seem to know? I am having trouble understanding many of the posts because I have no idea what they mean. I am new to this forum and it all sounds like alphabet soup to me. What is ALC ? IhGV? FRC or is it FCR? Clearly there is a lot to learn, but

Worried mum
Hi I am fairly new hear and haven’t posted before. But I have read many posts and been really greatful to be amongst people who get it. My daughter has been unwell and has low platelets. I have been told that CLL can be “slightly “ hereditary- and to be honest even the thought of my child going through
