Does anyone else use rosehip oil and is it safe to use during pregnancy?
I've been using this on my skincare for a number of years and now wondering whether it is safe to use during pregnancy, The brand i use says it contains bio-available trans-retinoic acid (vitamin A) I've been trying to do some research on the internet and some pages seem to suggest it is fine to use

'Ribena Plus' with Immunity Support - extra vitamin A, C and E - Can I have it?
Hi folks, I'm probably being over-cautious asking this question but i've been buying Ribena Immunity support thinking it's a good alternative to caffeine based drinks - until I read on the back it has added vitamin A, C and E. I know too much vitamin A can harm a baby so is this a no-no? I cant work

In Britain, we have beautiful, rich, soil varieties that contain all of the required life-giving nutrients that hold the magical 'pinch' of life's wealth and health. The Beginning of Treatment 2006
My first treatment for Hepatitis C began January 09 2006 as scheduled. My NP Caelyn was the only doctor from now on. If needed I would be able to get in touch with the liver specialist. Side effects were explained again by Caelyn and my first needle was given. My husband Albert agreed to take on

Coeliac constipation; coeliac rash
The 1970's brought about extensive changes in our eating habits. It appeared that everyone chose to forget that we are the product of our animal forebears. Diets were pulled away from nature and the brainwashing of the 'fat-free' fads were pushed and shoved at everyone until there were very few in the

Iron Deficiency Symptoms
These can be common in newbie Coeliacs (2 yrs CD (and women for obvious reasons). Don't just put up with feeling crappy. Often friends and family will get used to you feeling unwell. Write down your energy levels at different times and compare them with other people you know in similar circumstances

Week 3 of 'Lupus recovery diet'
Actually it's really challenging. Although I've been enjoying the creativity of making new interesting healthy vegan meals, juices and smoothies, IT'S ALL I'M DOING!! I don't have any time or energy left over to do anything else, and I'm not able to work (but that was very limited before anyhow).
