. Been on it for 4 days and experiencing a sinus headache for 2 days. No hoarseness and no other issues. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Clenil to relvar ellipta?
Hi all I have recently been put on
relvar
ellipta
184/22 was on clenil modulate 200 3 puffs a day. I was struggling to get a breath being more active having to stop every so often. Also loud breathing at night. I was put on the pink inhaler a year ago but that gave me headache.

Having issues with relvar ellipta
I started taking
relvar
ellipta
92/22 5 days ago. The first day I felt great and had no side effects or breathing issues. When I took my second dose the next day I didn't feel like the medication got to my lungs. My tongue was coated with the powder.

Do I still have asthma?
A few years ago, my pulmonologist changed my medication to
Relvar
Ellipta
92/22. I have a yearly revision and all tests are very good. Have now been on Relvar for almost five years and still, never an attack of asthma.

Relvar Ellipta
On Friday, the doc put me on
Relvar
Ellipta
inhaler, which is a combination of steroid (92 mcg) and a long acting bronchodilator, which I take once a day. Has had a fantastic effect, and haven't had to use my inhaler since getting it.

Advice on Relvar Ellipta 92/22
My question is will these symptoms subside over time - only been using
Relvar
Ellipta
for 25 days. I am rinsing my mouth immediately after inhaling. Advice would be most appreciated.

Update - "Any advice?"
I asked about trying a different preventer, as my brother and sister have been moved onto
Relvar
Ellipta
, but he said I'm basically on the same stuff, and the maximum at that, so said it was an option but to manage expectations.

Switching preventers
My consultant has recommended I switch from Fostair 200/6 to
Relvar
Ellipta
92 as I’m getting too many nighttime symptoms. His rationale is that I’ll get more steroid from the Relvar and hence will have better control following the switch.

More breathless than usual so a new doctor put me on
relvar
ellipta
fluticasone furoate 184/22 micrograms. Had a really bad episode when walking my dogs with my partner. Could not catch my breath at all (so frightening) took reliever and sat down half way around. Touch wood better now.

Feeling overwhelmed
After a routine lung screening CT scan I was diagnosed with mild emphysema and some calcification of my heart arteries. I was also referred for a further high definition CT Scan to confirm bronchiectasis. My GP prescribed Salamol which did nothing to help the breathlessness and chest tightness I'd been
