sudden stop in PSA decline
— I’d not yet taken my daily
relugolix
that morning before the PSA draw …
could this have been a factor?

Constipation is a known issue with the Orgovyx
I've been on Orgovyx (
Relugolix
) for around 2.5 years now. and find myself getting increasingly constipated. It's the most tenacious SE. My labs are all stable and my PSA is stable at <0.02. But I'm now on 4 types of laxatives and next am planning on getting an enema and trying that.

Add Nubeqa to Orgovyx?
I have started ADT with Orgovyx (
relugolix
) and want to add an ARI. The urologist wants to use the ARI Erleada (apalutamide). I want Nubeqa (darolutamide) as it does not cross the blood-brain barrier, because in past 4 years I have had 3 un-diagnosable seizures.

Orgyvux(relugolix) and Zytiga(abiraterone)
I have a question from one of my support group members. They are currently on Orgyvux. Doc wants to add Zytiga to their treatment. Will the ADT side effects be the same with the addition of Zytiga, or will they become worse? Seems like the side effects would be worse, if T is driven to a lower level

Relugolix/Orgovyx with pelvic radiation?
Has anyone had
Relugolix
in lieu of Lupron with pelvic radiation? I like the idea of faster testosterone recovery after finishing
Relugolix
in comparison to Lupron. If you have used
Relugolix
with pelvic radiation what is the course of treatment?

Starting relugolix / Orgovyx
My healthcare provider indicated they wouldn't prescribe Orgovyx and to use Lupron instead. Has anyone dealt with this? Are there ways to get the meds cheaper from Canada or elsewhere? Any insight would be great. My rationale is that Orgovyx may have fewer side effects, and concerned as I still go

agonist versus antagonist issue
With the evidence on cardio and other risks reduced with using an antagonist such as degarelix or
relugolix
what’s the view on the benefits of doing this when having already started in the RT plus goserelin regime with G9 locally contained (as far as we know!)

Cabazitaxel and estrogen patch
My brother has CRPC and is receiving Cabazitaxel+
Relugolix
. Denosumab and Zoledronic acid don't work for him. I suggested an Estrogen patch to both maintain bone density and ameliorate hot flashes. His oncologist said that an Estrogen patch would interfere with the Cabazitaxel.

Orgovyx & Xtandi
One MO at Moffitt has suggested that I avoid due to moderate interaction causing an increase in
relugolix
in your body. Brief info on where I am. PSMA-PET 11/22/22, metastatic spots 2 ribs, 3 vertebrae, numerous lymph nodes from neck to pelvis. 12/27/22 Total PSA 7.3, free PSA 3.9.

On the Possible Advantages & Dangers of Making Certain Dosing Decisions
According to Pylarify PSMA scan at beginning of 2022, I am mCSPC (lymph nodes only, but beyond oligo), and am now on the oral ADT antagonist
Relugolix
(Orgovyx) and Apalutamide, both of which my oncologist recommends that I stay on for as long as they work for me.

Relugolix
I'm interested in hearing about personal experiences using
Relugolix
, and how the severity of its side effects compares with side effects of Lupron.

Length of Treatment for Orgovyx (Relugolix) versus Lupron and other Longer Acting ADT drugs as Adjuvant to RT or Used for IADT?
I'm curious if anyone has had any discussion with their MO or Radiation Oncologist about having to take a longer course of Orgovyx compared to Lupron or other longer acting ADT drugs because Testosterone comes back so much quicker on Orgovyx? It would seem to me, 6 months of Orgovyx is like the equivalent

Hi there, my gynaecologist has prescribed me Ryeqo for my endometriosis. I’ve struggled for 18 years and have had 5 surgeries over the years. My last surgery was a year ago but it be pain over the last few months has been so bad. Before another survey, she has suggested this drug however I am nervous
