Have any of you heard of getting insurance to pay for tanning as it helps with the horrible itching? I tanned 1-2x / week in may and June to prep for a trip to Jamaica in July and I experienced a HUGE decrease in my itching. ...but here's my take. Here's a photograph of my boys' lunches today (I know, I know - it's a long story!) Ghastly, yes, I agree given my stance. But here's the thing - the time is 8.45PM - night time! That's right - both of them DIDN'T eat their lunches. They both have two rounds of bread with no sugar

Why do diabetic people need to eat more fat?

FATTY/ HIGH PROTEIN FOODS VS INSULIN
Egg/meat/ dairy food though give near zero glycermic value yet THEY also prompt rise in blood insulin. If so, why they are preferred to carbohydrates in diabetic management?
