5 day blastocyst - negative results 9dpt
My daughter was born 2016 and after that had to finish chemo and
radiotherapy
which put me into menopause age 27. fast forward 10 years and I’ve thawed my 3 eggs, 2 fertilised and one made it to a 5 day blast. My beta is tomorrow but still testing clearly negative 😞.

RT with ADT Relogolix (Orgovyx) vs Enzalutamide (Xtandi) Side Effect Differences?
There may not be a lot of people that can offer anecdotal reports on both as monotherapies but the reason I ask is some studies in the last 3 years are showing administration of Xtandi during
Radiotherapy
has shown outcomes as good as if not better than RT + ADT.

Wondering if anyone can relate to these symptoms
I had
radiotherapy
and was prescribed hormone therapy tablets. My PSA levels have fallen and my progress seems ok. Re. EPI - my haemoglobin and red blood cell count has slowly, slowly dropped over past few years until slightly below lowest ref level but GP said not low enough for concern.

Just completed a whole gland TULSA procedure
Interventional
radiotherapy
team seem quietly confident they have nailed it this time. Hope they are proved correct.

mHSPCa with undetectable PSA - chemo-only?
"Among Gleason 8–10 patients treated with
radiotherapy
, androgen deprivation therapy was associated with a survival benefit for PSA >2.5 ng/ml (AHR 0.87; p 2.5 ng/ml (p = 0.046), with no such relationship for Gleason ≤7 disease.

Intersitial Lung Disease and Lung Cancer
We have been told he cannot have
radiotherapy
or immunotherapy because of intersitial lung disease and was wondering if anyone on these threads had any further information on treatments for ILD and Lung Cancer. So far I am not having any luck in finding any alternative treatments.

I was told that there could be a slight chance I might need
radiotherapy
and an even slighter chance of chemo. I don’t have an appointment date to discuss results yet. Well, that’s me in a nutshell.

Prostate cancer treatment and IBS
I've been diagnosed with prostate cancer and have the option of removing the prostate or
radiotherapy
with or without hormone treatment. Can anyone out there who has experience of these offer advise on their impact on IBS and bowel function?

Does this sound like Lymphoedema?
I was treated for triple negative breast cancer in 2019 and had a horrible time with chemo, a lumpectomy with SLNB, a second op to clear the rest of the lymph nodes, and finished with 4 weeks of
radiotherapy
ending in Jan '20.

Recently diagnosed and trying to work out what to do! All advice gratefully received.
He dismissed all therapies other than surgery and
radiotherapy
. When I said that I was concerned with side-effects he asked if I were to prefer to be able to get an erection or to be dead. Not a very nice consultation and left me feeling low.

Essentially the bowel and bladder have been damaged by the
radiotherapy

Tumour is stable but having seizures
His consultant said that he was probably having mini seizures due to the long term effects of
radiotherapy
. His anti-seizure medication was upped and he’s not been too bad. However, over the last week his speech has gone weird again and his right arm has lost some strength.

I’ve had probably as much
radiotherapy
as I can already. My PSA has been growing steadily and I was probably going to start a chemo re challenge in the next month or two. Any pointers or any advice on what to ask would be appreciated. Thanks folks.

A New complication!
This was treated with
radiotherapy
. On Decapeptyl 6 monthly injections, and over the years, Xgeva, Xtandi and for the past couple of years, Erleada. Unfortunately, due to stomach surgery 2 years ago, where his vagus nerve was cut, he has now developed gastroporesis.

Treatment Recommendation for father with advanced PCA to regional lymph nodes
Radiotherapy
will not begin until September/October - 20 treatments EBRT daily for 4 weeks. He has suggested he will hit the prostate and all the nodes up the pelvis and into the lower abdomen with a little beyond that as well. We will be meeting with him again and the MO shortly.

cough after breast radiation
I finished
radiotherapy
for breast cancer 4 weeks ago and have now developed a dry cough with clear phlegm coming from upper respiratory tract. Does anyone know if this could be related to the radiation ?

Back to it
My skin ripped where I'd had
radiotherapy
and I had to have my implant removed. Another implant was put in but I didn't heal and I lost that. All of this prevented me from running. Last week, I started again. Back to week 3:but I did it and it felt great.
