Rising psa after Eligard and bicalutamide, in 9 months. What treatment now to stop the psa rise?
Had a prostatectomy in June 2018. Two tumors, Gleeson 3+3, with perineural infiltration. Psa went to 0.22 post op by March 2019, before op was 4.12. Went on Eligard and 50mgs bicalutimada when Psa rose to 1.58 in Sept. 2019. Psa fell to 0.10 in Dec. 2019, but has risen to 0.21, in March 2020, then 0.31

They mention an advantage of real world results vs "clinical" study results. Interesting

Update
I am a 77 year old gay male, who was first diagnosed in December, 2005 with prostate cancer. I had a robotic prostatectomy February, 2006. Was good for several years when psa started climbing and I had radiation for 7 weeks. Ugh! Once again I was clear until the psa climbed again. Had radiation, Lupron

Post op bleeding & Abdominal swelling - what’s normal
Robotic assisted prostatectomy was 10 days ago. Pathology came back clean. Not incontinent, surprising erectile function, feeling confident about recovery. Catheter came out 3 days ago. I’ve gone from depends to a pad to deal with occasional leaking. Yesterday and this AM I had a few occasions of bleeding

Radical prostatectomy successful - now what?
6 weeks after surgery and my recovery has progressed relatively well. My first post-surgery blood test showed my PSA score to be 'undetectable'. My urinary control has been excellent, I'm walking as much as 10 miles at a time without any ill-effects, and I've recently also began incorporating some mild

I’ve been taking it for a couple months. It seems to work! When I do have a severe attack I use medical marijuana in vape form and it completely eases it and I can go back to sleep!

Taking Alendronic Acid and Adcal.
I have Valvular Heart Disease,Angina and COPD. I also have Calcified Blood Vessels. I was reading that if you have Calcified Blood Vessels you might be better off by not taking any Calcium tablets. I'm not sure what to do about it, whether or not to take the Calcium tablets or not. I know that none

I was just wondering if anyone can give me some advice. In hospital 2 years old they attempted to do as Angiogram in my groin ( The 4th one )but they couldn't do it and tore my main blood vessel and I had a major Bleed. They also attempted to do it on the inside of my wrist 3 times, but they couldn't

Why Erleada after Lupron doesn't work and PSA is 24 with no signs of cancer? anywhere after all scans negative.
Had
radical
prostatectomy
11 years ago. PSA is 24...and now on Erlaeda Chemo pills for 2 1/2 months and feeling fatigue he has never felt. All other scans show no cancer anywhere so does anyone have any thoughts on what to do instead of Erleada and WHY the dr. wants him on Chemo?
