Good morning and thank you for all you do. On January 28th my oncologist said I had prostate cancer and needed to have a prostatectomy within 3 months. Prostatectomy and Ejaculation
Hi. I'm having my prostatectomy tomorrow. I asked my doctor if it was ok for me to have sex before surgery and he said no problem. But I'm wondering if I should have an ejaculation 24 hours before surgery. Does anybody know if it is a problem? I know that I wasn't supposed to ejaculate the day before

Lifestyle - diet, exercise, stress reduction sure seems to make a difference
Once again, these were patients who had already been treated for invasive prostate cancer by either
radical
prostatectomy
or radiation therapy, yet still had rising PSA levels, suggesting the treatment didn’t work and the cancer was on the move.

CBD OIL
If anyone has had results with CBD Oil for RLS I would greatly appreciate hearing which one as I cannot get medical cannabis in the UK, which I know would help considerably. As there are so many CBD products out there it is a minefield, so if anyone can recommend some I would much appreciate it.

MEDICAL CANNABIS AND RLS
Hello I have had RLS for 56 years and then FIBROMYALGIA for 24 years. I am about to go over the top with the RLS as it has all become too much. I have tried all the various prescription drugs that I have been offered by the GP and hospitals, been to a sleep laboratory, tried various alternative therapies

Where have you gone Joe testosterone?
In November of 2019 my testosterone level was 409 even after a robotic prostatectomy 4 months earlier. Then I began a year of ADT therapy that included 37 sessions of radiation to the pelvic area. Gleasson 6 and PSA 24, Prostatectomy?
I have a gleasson 6 and a PSA 24 . My doctor is suggesting to have a prostatectomy. He states that a gleasson 6 would not make the PSA 24. The PSA test was repeated twice in the last 6 months . PSA went from a 10 to 24 in a two years. Had a MRI/ultrasound fusion biopsy twice. He feels that there

Safety and Efficacy of Virtual Prostatectomy With Single-Dose Radiotherapy in Patients With Intermediate-Risk Prostate Cancer
FYI: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaoncology/fullarticle/2777068 Not sure I like the use of the term "virtual" prostatectomy. Several years ago something called a "brush biopsy" was promoted to dentists. IMO it was NOT a biopsy (though apparently the company was very aggressive in going after

It’s 4/20 today, for all you guys that use cannabis for pain management.
Welp, I wasn’t gonna do it, but no one else came forward. Today is the annual 4/20:day celebrating cannabis and medical cannabis. So today when you are medicating for your skeletal pains and body discomfort.... remember to have an extra toke, brownie or dab to give some extra relief and put that chain

Need some guidance on chemo
I have done 4 chemo's so far and I am scheduled for the 5th on the 4-19. I tolerated the the first couple alright but the last 2 have put me down to where I am having trouble functioning. I am debating as to ask about stopping because of how sick I have become. Had my scans and was told they were stable
