Postpartum Psychosis and the menopause..............
Just wanted to share with this amazing community, the feature that was on BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour this morning regarding menopausal
psychosis
. I am normally a shrinking violet when it comes to the limelight (!!) but I just felt that I had to share my story.

The man arrived with the tow truck. In conversation, he asked me what happened. I explained I was trying to kill myself but it did not work
I’d trade it all away for a 5 dollar bill…except I would wish the

New baby in the family
How did every feel when there was a new baby / new pregnancy in the family? My son was the last baby born in the family since my pp 3 years ago so I don't really know how to feel. We have decided a long time ago now to have another one.

Am I relapsing?
Hi, I suffered with PP 2 years ago after the birth of my second daughter. Infact I suffered with it after my first too. My experience with PP involved thinking that something terrible was going to happy health wise to my children if I or someone touched them without washing their hands. I was convinced

Anti-psychotics during pregnancy
Also, has anyone else experienced the onset of
psychosis
from gas and air? This (along with lack of sleep) appeared to trigger it last time and I wondered if anyone had experienced the same.

Slow recovery
I often meet mothers who have experienced the depression but not
psychosis
and ocd and suicide attempt. I just wonder if any of you have experienced this and how you cope. I'm having such a hard time. Thank you, N.

Nuplazid psychosis medicine
The makers of Nuplazid (primavanserin), the new medicine for Parkinson's Disease
Psychosis
, have asked me to discuss ways to increase awareness of Parkinson’s disease

(PDP) and identify what resources are needed within the community to provide more education and support.

How do I know it's not something worse?
OK I know I shouldn't be even asking this so I hope this is not triggering for anyone.... but does anyone else get really worried about whether they are going to get
psychosis
? Kinda like health anxiety but about mental illness?

Not sure I belong here, but need a question answered.
After my first baby, I had ppp, but did not take medicine or get help. I just cried at times for no reason. After a year, I felt better. Not myself but better. Four years and one day later, I had my second baby. I was crying again for no reason, but more was going on. My self-esteem was low, high anxiety
