The
psychosis
is getting better although I still hear voices, and I am still in chronic pain much of the time. I'm a bit afraid to go to the doctors and have avoided them... but I think I should go. Its hard living with this during covid.

Has anyone taken Olanzapine for a year or longer?
I am on both Olanzapine and Diazepam (long story) and I have been worried about the long term side effects of Olanzapine so I decided I wanted to taper off Olanzapine first. However, I want to fall pregnant in the near future and Olanzapine is considered safe during pregnancy so I changed my mind and

What I learn from Journaling
It involved me during my
psychosis
to commit a first degree felony and I was indicted for a period of 10 years. I went to trial and the judge found me Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity or other NGRI. So with that history in mind I just want to tell you what helps me.

Irrational beliefs
Part of her
psychosis
was that I was somehow unsafe, and a danger to her and her daughter, very different from the loving and trusting relationship we had until she was taken ill.

Back to square one with voice inside my head
Was referred to the early intervention in
psychosis
team as frightening voice in my head.it tells me no body cares and nobody wants to help me.I now have it in black and white that I do not meet their criteria for them to help me and putting me back with the mental health team.it just helps reinforce

Olanzipine for Bipolar 1 after PP
Has anyone taken olanzipine for bipolar 1 after having PP? If so how much do you take? I had PP when my son was born and have since had another manic episode. I am just about to reduce from 15mg to 10mg but hope to reduce more in time. Suffering with side effects of the olanzipine so don't want to be

Depression and Anxiety Following PP? Is this is from hereon?
I had PP 7 years ago now, I recovered from the
psychosis
aspect, yet suffer daily with anxiety and depression, it's horrid. I am on anti depressants which I hate the stigma of but need. At times I feel so alone and weird compared to others.

2 pregnancy update
Hiya every just wanted to update you, don't come on here much but I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my second child and had pp after my son in 2013. This time around I had a few down days in the 1st trimester, with bad anxiety (could be due to lockdown too) I've been quite calm and mentally well in my second

Those that have taken Olanzapine/ Zyprexa - would be thankful for your advice
I am currently on 5mg of Olanzapine and would like to reduce to 2.5mg. If you have ever reduced, how did you do it? Did you go straight from 5mg to 2.5mg and did you have any withdrawals? Thanks so much

DEPRESSION COPING SKILLS
Until January 2019, when I had my first ever suicidal thought after my first ever
psychosis
state. I didn't sleep for 12 days and it's basically been a dollar coaster since. I've tried 5 different medications and 3 therapists. I've lost jobs and a lot of my supports.
