Adding Docetaxel to T3b?
PSA
is currently .04. So far, so good, BUT... I'm wondering if there is more we should be doing in lieu of all his high risk factors to prevent a recurrence or metastasis down the road.

WooHoo💙 Made my 552.2 mile goal to mark the 9th year cancerversary 🤙
552.2 miles on 10/13/23 to mark my 9th year with #stageivpca when the
PSA
was 552.2 on 10/13/14 Old data said only 28% chance of 5 years I'm still standing "Looking like a true survivor, feeling like a little kid" https://photos.app.goo.gl/4ZJiU4efqCdhWueJ6

Unsure of best option in early prostate cancer diagnosis.
I have had
PSA
tests annually for 10 years and in Oct 2023 had an elevated 6.42 result. Was referred to a urologist, whom performed a DRE. There was prostate enlargement but no tumor discovered through DRE. After discussing several options, I decided to have a biopsy on Nov 21, 2023.

PSA
780. Started ADT right away . Went through 2021 and 2022 H2 body adjusting to all the changes. 2023 H1 pretty solid , feeling pretty good. Recent

Provenge criteria necessary for acceptance.
But are there other requirements like certain
PSA
parameters and lower testosterone levels? Do we have to remain on ADT while being treated with Provenge?

Xtandi--Eligibility
Hello, I have been taking Xtandi since June 2022, It has taken my
PSA
down to <.01 (less than) and so far has kept it there. Which I am very grateful! I am self pay and not old enough to have Medicare (just turned 64). I have recieved the Xtandi thru Astellas pharmacy in Texas.

Add Nubeqa to Orgovyx?
PSA
was 3.78 in Dec 2023. PSMA PET then showed cancer growing in prostate, shrinking in pelvic node, but spread to an abdominal node. I have started ADT with Orgovyx (relugolix) and want to add an ARI. The urologist wants to use the ARI Erleada (apalutamide).

Treatment going forward
PSA
remains about 3.4. Total of 9/30 positive mostly 3+4=7 20% pattern 4. PSMA PET/CT reports focal uptake at left posterior margin of prostate non-specific possibly correlating with primary imaging. Max SUV is 3.4.

Any Curative Treatments after RT as Sole Primary Treatment?
PSA
has been rising, but not officially nadir plus 2, but the old 3 rises in a row has been reached. If there is nothing curative to be done, do you just wait until nadir plus 2 is reached or something shows up on a scan? is there some way to be proactive? Tall_Allen didn't you have initial RT?
