Can't cope with side effects of prostap
Hi, I had my first prostap 3 days ago I now can't sleep so always tired and have headaches. I also get stinging where my ovaries are. I have been on sick leave because of the pain prior to injections for 8 weeks now and can't return to work because of these symptoms. Has anyone else had to take time

Around 3weeks ago I was asking if split skin could be caused by an under active Thyroid ,and generally it was suggested I had a private blood test, well I have now had this done, and I don't understand any of it,so help please with understanding these results ,and any advise in general would be gratefully

Poor sleep quality
Hi, I've been on pristiq 50mg for 9 weeks now. By far the most troubling side effect is poor sleep. Either I can't fall asleep, stay asleep or my dreams or so whacked out I don't feel rested or all of the above. I take the med in the morning. Melatonin doesn't help. My doc prescribed an antihistamine

Prostap 3 injection
Hello I hope someone can help. I've been given this injection to help shrink a 5cm cyst on my left ovary. I've already had a right ovarian torsion and a hysterectomy. This is my last chance as they said it's too dangerous to operate as I've had many ops. The side effects aren't too bad, hot flushes,

Fatigue on Decapeptyl and Prostap
This is my first post. I've been on Decapeptyl ( and HRT) since March and have been really tired- like no amount of sleep is enough. Had my first Prostap injection recently to see if I felt any better than I did on Decapeptyl but the tiredness has hit me again. My endo symptoms are better but I'm too

Firmagon vs Prostap
Hello - following discussion my Dad's GP has suggested switching him off Firmagon (Degarelix) and on to Prostap after only one injection of the former. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm aware that Firmagon can prevent initial testosterone flare, and so it might make sense to switch to a different

"Drug Aimed at Inflammation May Lower Risk of Heart Disease and Cancer"
That's the title of a piece in today's NY Times [1]. It must be a dozen years since someone told me that the men who have better survival are those with good albumin levels. Those with <4.0 don't do well. Since diagnosis, I use a lot of polyphenols, which inhibit NFkB. NFkB is chronically activated
