Curious…aside from high in range TSH are these frees pretty euthyroid? These were taken before starting thyroid medication. Negative for both antibodies. I’m coming around to the idea that I’ve been misdiagnosed as thyroid medication makes me feel worse. Off meds my TSH can vary from 8-4 within

Cortisol serum blood test results, are they normal?
I’m sorry if this information is readily available on Q and A but I have been a headless chicken since being told I had an enlarged pituitary gland three weeks ago. So I am turning to my lovely caring supportive informed friends on this forum for information I can understand. The Endocrinologist has

Restarting ivf process, 43yrs in July, looking for any suggestions, help, tips etc. for someone my age.
I had three failed rounds of solo ivf July to November last year, but then my whole world seemed to crash down around me and I had to take a break. I knew taking a six month break at my age was not an ideal thing, but I just couldn't cope. Now I am starting my solo ivf journey again, on a very tight

Hashimoto's & Multiple Sclerosis (apologies for two posts in very quick succession!)
Hello - first off, sorry for making two posts in quick succession asking for help! As I mentioned in my first question about an Endo Department, there has been a 'twist' in my Hashi's (I actually have Ord's: autoimmune thyroid disease with no goitre) story... Over the course of several blood tests,

Help with reading bloods
My 24 year old daughter has not been well for some time now and we've had an appointment with an endo doctor. Her symptoms in her words are: physical fatigue not just tired (I have got to the stage where I have to lie down during the day and have gone from an active person to a very sluggish person

How to reduce prolactin and increase AR success/longevity? L-Dopa and Vitex Berry?
Cabergoline reduces prolactin, which promotes prostate cancer mutation and growth. If a doctor will not prescribe Cabergoline, then would Mucuna (natural L-Dopa) extract and Vitex Berry extract have the same effectiveness as the cabergoline, in targeting and reducing prolactin? I recall someone on

Hormones
My M.E. Specialist asked for Prolactin and Testosterone blood tests. They have come back as follows :- Serum prolactin level 160 mlU/L (102.0 - 496.0) Serum testosterone level 0.7 no l/L (0.1 - 1.4) Normal, no further action. Knowing that other tests when in range are not always favourable levels

prolactin/breastmilk/implantation
Hi Ladies: does anyone have experience with embryo transfer after breastfeeding? My doc wanted me to wean for two months, which I have done, but some still comes out when I squeeze. Is it safe to proceed? I had so much trouble the first time and don’t want anything to interfere… any advice or info?

High prolactin
Hi all, I have been unable to conceive for 1.5 years and have been having testing to ascertain what could be causing it. I had a series of hormone tests done, all fine except prolactin which was in the 600s. I had to have it repeated 6 weeks later and it went up again to 900s. I am having nausea/vomiting

Fatigue, coma naps and pituitary
Hey everyone, Has anyone experienced such bouts of fatigue where you fall asleep and you just have to fall asleep that given moment and you are gone for an hour? This started happening to me in July last year, but got increasingly worse over time. I thought it was my iron, but I fixed that with iron

Hi all, My partner has had his hormone tests back, helpfully they don’t have any measurements on them. They all look fine, apart from testosterone is a bit high. FSH is 10.2, LH 3.6, testosterone is 28 and prolactin 145. His sperm analysis shows low sperm count and low motility. Could the high

He did a Randox
test
and it turns out he has elevated FSH, LH,
Prolactin
and Oestradiol. His Testosterone is ok, he is always tired and his libido is not very high, that’s why we got the test done.

Hello
Hi there This is my first post so wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 6 years ago, and struggled with accepting there was an issue and then with the wealth of conflicting opinions. I couldn’t get why if it is such a common thing why it’s not taken more seriously
