Congenital hypothyroidism in children
I have since consulted a naturopath who has recommended taking Liquescence as well as
probiotics
and gut support instead of the levothyroxine. Does anyone have any knowledge of liquescence, its use in children, side effects and efficacy? any thoughts at all?

Probiotics and RLS
Hello all, I'm new on the forum. anyone got any experience of
probiotics
helping RLS? I mainly mean Symprove rather than the yoghurt drinks you get in the supermarket. I've been reading there is a significant overlap between people with Irritable bowel syndrome and those with RLS.

probiotics
which I've been drinking yakult all week. It getting so mad especially at the end of the day when I feel 6 months pregnant. At the age of 49 I'm definitely not. But I am menopausal.

Living with diagnosis of PD
I know there is improvement and after researching Parkinsons and
Probiotics
found a lot of information relating to Gut health and the Brain. Maybe it's the Placebo effect. I am optimistic though. Bridielena

Thanks to all and a word about probiotics.
I wish to thank you all for the information and support that I have received from people posting on this site. I have taken on board a lot of the advice offered such as the importance of having decent quality supplements, something that has really made a difference. I must mention one particular probiotic

our's suggested we give her
probiotics
,which we did and my baby seems a lot better and calm while drinking her milk. I hope that this is the only after side effect of the repeated use of meropemen on my baby..

Metabolic Analysis Profile (Genova Diagnositics)
I did try the vitamin supplements plus things like digestive enzymes, pre and
probiotics
but nothing seem to improve matters but I just wondered if there is anyone on here who knows of anyone who may be able to fully interpret the results for me.

Broccoli hangover!
Re the food intolerances, my research shows that advice is limited to taking
probiotics
and fermented foods, I have tried many
probiotics
and also make kombucha, but nothing seems to really help.

My Plan (A Holistic Approach)
Hi all, After being treated/spoken to quite harshly by a new GP, I have decided on a plan of action. My goal is: To reduce my BMI significantly so that I am no longer putting my body through unnecessary stress. I plan to do this by: Sticking to an appropriate calorie limit Gradually increasing my activity
